Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Procida

Yuri was extremely helpful and went above and beyond, carried our bags for us, brought us a case of water, and was so sweet to us. The place was so peaceful and beautiful, the sunsets were insane. And very private. There is so much to do around the area, the food is the best we’ve ever had. The culture and history is beyond what we thought, we truly felt like family. We cannot wait to come back to ischia and we def want to come back to this airbnb. So grateful we got to experience it all.

Had an absolutely wonderful stay! Annamaria’s place was spacious, homey, well stocked and had a lovely outdoor patio. The place is even better than the photos! She gave great recommendations for activities around the island as well. We will definitely be staying here again!

Mrs. Rosanna was a great host, she gave us directions, welcomed us into the house upon arrival, she was friendly and always available in case of need. Appreciate the outdoor areas, especially the outdoor kitchen as well as the outdoor shower. We recommend Mrs. Rosanna as a host and above all stay at this place.

perfect place. perfect host. Francesco picked us up from the port with his car(also take us to the port at the end of the stay). he was very nice. he wrote each message in both english and italian. he showed us the best places to visit in the island. there is also a barbeque in the place, we asked him and he prepared everything like coal and fire for us to barbeque(i strongly suggest you try the barbeque, awesome view, awesome experience). we were very happy with the stay there. the only thing is that it wasn't the cleanest room i ever been to(it is not dirty, it is just not perfect, like 9 out of 10). generally i strongly recommend the place, i would go there again if i want to go to ischia.

It’s hard to put into words how special and peaceful our stay was in Il Pollaio at this magnificent property. Every detail both in the house and the sprawling gardens was so carefully curated and exuded the same wild beauty that Ischia holds. The views were astounding; where the mountains meet the sea, and every corner of the property had its own secret vista. A bountiful orto/vegetable garden at our disposal, happy hens, honey bees, luscious homemade lemon cake to greet us in the morning, we will never forget our 3 days here and will book 3 weeks next time. The bus system on Ischia is consistent and reliable and drops you a 10-15 min (gradually) uphill walk from the house. We didn’t rent a car/scooter and were fine. The hosts provided a Welcome Book prior to our arrival with loads of suggestions. We had every thing we needed but the hosts were so approachable we wouldn’t have hesitated to ask. Cozy bed + couch, laundry on the property, cooking supplies. Don’t hesitate, book it now!

Beautiful view, great location and Enrico was always available and attentive to small details to make your stay better possible. Very well-kept garden, and the terrace is a jewel with a view that is worth a visit

Lidia’s house is beautiful, really spacious and cool with stunning views over the bay. There are lots of places to hang out in the garden and it was really well equipped for cooking and serving meals on the terrace. It felt like a proper home and not an anonymous airbnb which so many feel like today. We will definitely return to stay.

The accommodation is clean and tidy, you need to drive from the accommodation to Pozzoli, take subway line 2 to Piazza Cavour station, get off and walk a few minutes to the National Museum of Archaeology of Naples, we take subway line 1 from the new fort, return to Piazza Cavour transfer subway line 2 to get a car to get a car back to the accommodation.There is plenty of free parking in Pozzoli.

Chiara’s place was spacious and nice on a quiet little street at walking distansen from the harbour.

Attilio is very helpful and friendly. His place is cozy and adorable. I highly recommend the place for 2 person. There is a kitchen but I think it’s much easier to just dine out.

great place in a great location

We had a wonderful time at this great place. The house has an excellent location in a quiet neighborhood of Forio with amazing views. The village center, harbor and beaches are within a few minutes' walk. Everything is as described. The host family is very friendly and helpful. We were very excited and highly recommend this place. Thank you Cristina and Antonio. We are looking forward to seeing you again!

Beautiful views of the sea and private beach. The residents were very kind. Reaching the rooms can be confusing, but there are 2 exits, one with and one without an elevator. Watch your head if you're tall! If you're looking for multiple private rooms, the 2 bedrooms overlook the living room, but the tub was beautiful in the main bedroom. We had a great time!

Amazing location and view!

The Spanish Quarter is as advertised, a very vibrant area of the city with many restaurants. Coming from the United States, it was such an experience to be at an outdoor table in narrow streets and to see the Naples culture occurring all around you. Close to the port and metro to get you where you want to go. We happened to be there when the city football club won the League A title, providing a once in a lifetime experience seeing the city celebrate. The apartment was as advertised - a perfect space for our group of 4 with two bedrooms with plenty of closet space, and two bathrooms both with showers. All modern appliances and heating/air conditioning units. The host Dede was very responsive with restaurant suggestions and detailed directions on getting in the building and to the room, and checked in on us multiple times. Definitely use Leonardo for car service. Inexpensive and such a nice man. Meeting him and driving through Naples was an extra we didn’t plan on!

This was a great place for our group of 6. Very roomy, with beautiful views of the water. Salvatore is super helpful and communicative. The town of Forio is a quick scooter/car/taxi ride from the house and had everything we needed, including the Alilauro ferry to and from Napoli.

Stayed in this guest house for a week during our honeymoon. We loved eating outside on the patio and cooked regularly in the neat, well-appointed kitchen. The garden is spectacular in the spring with views of the coast in the background and lemon and orange trees. Although we found Forio a bit dusty/busy for our tastes, this property was a peaceful retreat and we were able to walk to the beach and scooter all over the island (on a rental seamlessly arranged by our hosts). Giuseppe and Sara were very responsive throughout our stay and made themselves available at a moment’s notice for anything we needed. Highly recommend!

Casa Bianca is a great place to stay. The 7 of us found comfortable and do recommend. It’s spacious with four bedrooms; two are upstairs (air conditioned, shared bathroom); one of the bedrooms downstairs is not air conditioned and best suited to a single person. The roof top terrace has sweeping views and a good place to sit. We did have a few issues, but Lukas and team were super attentive and rectified most in a day (replaced front door lock, shower head, fixed bedroom lights). We learnt to use one shower at a time otherwise upstairs loses all pressure and run air conditioners on low fan to avoid power trips. A short 5 minute walk is Giardini Ravino resort which is run by Lukas’ family and we were given full access to the fabulous cactus gardens, swim pools, steam room and restaurant which had a great breakfast and on Mon, Wed, Fri and Sat there is live musicians for dinner with the backdrop of the cactus gardens. Lukas arranged motor scooters hire, these were delivered to house.

This place was a beautiful oasis. More beautiful than the photos can show. It’s a perfect fenced property that our small dogs enjoyed. The house is really charming and tastefully decorated. The garden is huge and really tropical and well maintained. It was impeccably cleaned and well stocked. I loved staying here, thank you!

Incredible stay! However, be warned, you must be prepared to travel via taxi or have your own car! I unknowingly booked without realizing how inaccessible by foot / public transport this location is. But that was on me. About 30 min car ride to Naples. The space on the other hand is quite large, lovely, homey and romantic. The host is INCREDIBLE! One of the nicest people I’ve ever met. She offered to drive us to a pizza spot after our late check in, knowing that some of us were hungry. She even set up a taxi to pick us up from the airport, since she knows we don’t speak the language. Went above and beyond and felt so welcomed. All in all, great stay, phenomenal host, and romantic scenery.

A great stay in this welcoming and very well maintained villa. The setting is beautiful, with views of the Bay of Pouzzoles, mandarinniers and lemon trees. Quiet and far from the tumults of Naples. about twenty minutes walk from a train station that serves Naples quickly via very clean and inexpensive trains. Pouzzoles also has the advantage of having very good restaurants (Diego Vitagliano, Terronnia...) and serving the islands of Ischia and Procida very easily via Ferry. Hosts were very welcoming and accommodating on departure and arrival times. It makes you want to come back, thanks again!

We absolutely loved the garden and the pool, and Enzo’s dad was very sweet. The house was slightly shabby, but the bedrooms were comfortable and the air conditioning was really great. It was perfect for a family holiday, and we would definitely return to Ischia. The mini market is extremely useful and convenient. It was confusing that both the listing address and the map on the listing displayed different incorrect addresses. The last message Enzo sent contained the correct address, but it still left us confused and lost on arrival as the taxi driver had no idea where the house was. Luckily Enzo’s dad came and saved us. The kitchen was mostly well equipped, but lacked enough glasses, mugs and serving dishes to make cooking and serving family meals easy. However, we would still highly recommend the villa as the garden and pool made it a fabulous holiday destination. We loved Ischia. Enzo’s dad brought us homemade wine and eggs from the garden, and made us feel very welcome- many thanks!
