Monthly Rentals in Private Beach

Dear Rami, I recommend your accommodation. I liked the communication and the very quick response from you. In addition, the location of the accommodation with direct access to Marina Mall as well as the fitness studio and the use of the pool are very good options that make the stay in this accommodation. I found the size of the accommodation and the bathroom with the bathtub very nice and good. I enjoyed everything very much.

I had to come to Dubai for a week but I could have easily stayed a month here. Things I loved: - Great Location - literally the best location in Marina (especially if you need to leave Marina via car) - Lots of towels and extra sheets - Amazing Gym with newer equipment that isn't busy - Tons of restaurants and grocery stores (literally I arrived at 11pm at night and there is a late night market directly beside the building) - Lots of elevators (this is important so you're not waiting forever for an elevator) - Friendly host, super responsive and flexible - Friendly staff, always smiling and nice Would stay again here 5/5 thanks again!

We arrived very late, but the host's agent was already waiting at the apartment—such a relief! The place smelled fresh and clean the moment we stepped in. The view was amazing, and the apartment had all the amenities we could ask for. The host even prepared everything we requested in advance! About a 15 mins walk to the beach, making it a great choice if you're exploring the Palm area. The only minor issue was the bedroom curtains not being fully blackout. Still, highly recommend this spot!

Greg was super friendly from day 1, and very pro-active in helping us make our decision. We flew in on business and were mostly out, but it was super easy to drive to and from, without a gigantic traffic on way in or out. The apartment itself was clean and building service was also helpful. The value was really decent for this size of an apartment, as you don't have to squeeze into a hotel room, but instead have a view of the harbour and part of the palm. Sometimes you can hear parties that take place in vicinity of the hotel, but that's unavoidable in most parts of Dubai, as the place gets really busy over time and these happen all across.
