Monthly Rentals in Princeville

We really enjoyed our stay! The host, Amanda, was very sweet and responded to all the messages we sent. She even made an extra trip to bring us more towels since she originally forgot to leave enough before we arrived! The house has a small town farmhouse appearance with some modern updates! It was very spacious and comfortable for my family of 5 (2 teens and a preschooler)! Everything was exactly as described. The only thing is that there are railroad tracks close by and trains can be heard passing by at all hours day and night. This really didn't bother my family though as we live in Avon, Indiana and have trains constantly passing through our town as well. All in all, we had a wonderful stay and will definitely be staying there again whenever we visit our family in Illinois!

This was our second stay at this location and it was very enjoyable again. We were able to have family come and visit us at different times for meals and enjoy the comfort and the view of the quiet countryside. Morning coffee on the patio is so peaceful. Cindy always responds to any questions immediately with solutions. We plan to return in September so that should say a lot!

My stay was booked rather rapidly due to procrastinating plus we arrived quite late due to travelling but Tracy was flexible and charming to book through! When we arrived she had left the lights on and the yards aesthetic made it so welcoming to rest our heads after a long day of driving. The neighborhood was quiet and it was a peaceful pleasant stay! ❤️

I very much enjoyed this space. It was neat being above the shops in this quaint town. A nice refurbishment of an old building space. Full kitchen was great. AC worked well. Bed was comfortable— which is rare for me to say.
