Close to stylish, revitalized downtown Rockford with terrific restaurants, night life, shops, and galleries. Upper unit in vintage 4 family with long term tenants below and I live in the other upper. Absolutely no parties. Only registered guests. No smoking inside or outside on the property. Violation results in $500 cleaning fee/poor review

Located on the second floor of our historic 9 unit building, where we offer unique short term rentals, you will enjoy the open space, quite location and great amenities. We really liked the home! It had everything we needed and it was a very comfortable space, it felt like home. The couch and bed was very comfortable and loved the soft duvet and clean sheets. The home is located in a very nice neighborhood and felt safe the entire time. Having our own 2 car garage was a bonus. Anmol was a very responsive host and he was so polite and helpful. We have no regrets staying here, and would love to come back next time we visit. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We were in town for a wedding and booked Jorge’s listing for two nights. When we arrived the first thing that stood out was how clean it smelled inside. I normally take lysol wipes and Lysol spray when we travel. I did not need to use either as this home was spotless. It was nicely decorated and very comfortable for our two nights. Janette was quick to respond to any messages sent. If we are in the area again we would definitely look to book Jorge’s house.

We moved out of state 5 years ago and this is our first time back to Rockford together. Bonnie’s place made us feel so at home. It is truly a gem! Not to mention It’s A Wing Thing is close by & Sams Restaurant delivered to the area!! The Airbnb is just as described, the bed was comfortable, decor was beautiful, and the space was more than enough!! Bonnie was very responsive and helpful! We’ll definitely be staying at her place when we’re back in town!!

Fantastic house! Fun basement with pool table, shuffleboard, ping pong and more! Great kitchen & backyard with lots of patio space. House backs up to large park and felt very private. We will for sure be back in the future.
