Monthly Rentals in Prescott

We were beyond thrilled to find this amazing home in Hastings. We stayed while visiting family and it was the perfect home to return to at the end of each day. It had everything we needed to feel at home. The kitchen is beautiful with all modern amenities and was perfect for coffee each morning. We slept great on the king size bed in the bedroom as it was very comfortable. One evening we enjoyed a walk the couple blocks into town and had dinner with a beautiful view of the river. We highly recommend this home.

We absolutely loved our stay in this home. Peaceful neighborhood, beautiful yard, and cozy living spaces. Alvin was able to answer any questions we had and was very kind! This is a great pet-friendly option in the Hastings area. 😊

My family was in town for a wedding and we rented the house for two nights ! We enjoyed it a lot, we all said we wished that we booked one more night. It was close to downtown area and good food options near. She has everything we needed:) we are most definitely going to book again this summer.

The place was perfect. Right in downtown Prescott. Walking distance to all the restaurants that are in town. All the restaurants she listed were great. The house was absolutely charming. All beds even the sofa bed was comfortable. Plenty of bedding for every room. Furniture is all up to date. It’s nice to have a washer and dryer available to do our clothes as needed. Another big plus was she reached out to me the day before and was kind enough to let us check in early which I didn’t even ask for. So thank you Wendy. After early flight it was nice to lay down for a moment.
