Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Premantura

We had a wonderful stay at Bojan's. The apartment is large, tastefully decorated and there was nothing missing. The large terrace is also very pleasant, from there you would have a nice wide view. The temperatures were still pleasant at the end of October (during the day between 18-21 degrees, at night not below 15) so that you could still use them well. The highlight, especially for the kids, was of course the heated pool. The temperatures in the nearby sea, about 15 minutes walking distance, were still such that you could still swim in it. Most of the restaurants in the holiday resort on Pula beach were already closed for the season. The city itself and the center were pleasantly empty. We recommend the restaurant "Jupiter" near the arena. Thanks Bojan for the stay. We thoroughly enjoyed it.

The stay was great. The area is beautiful and the beaches are within walking distance. The old town is also highly recommended and you have many choices for food, coffee and a relaxed after-work beer. Jasmina was very helpful and understanding. We'd love to come back😊

In terms of pricing, it’s a notch above some other rentals but the experience of staying next to the arena is a once in a lifetime privilege. Such an immense aura of history and culture right before your eyes. Need to make up for a few shortcomings in physical terms but the emotional takeaway is priceless. The apartment is one floor up, very spacious with 3 lovely bathrooms. Car parking is convenient on the road downstairs as well as in a car park right opposite and payment is via an app, details of which are on a board in the car park. Day rates are Euro 6.50 per summer but jumps up considerably from 1st of June. Thank you Chris and Nick for keeping the faith. All the very best.

Oltremare apartment was exceptional, the views and the peaceful surroundings were perfect for a week. Robert and Robert were the consumate hosts and we totally enjoyed Rabac and the surrounding area. Hopefully this was not the last visit to Croatia. Thank you again for your hospitality

The location is what stood out for us! This apartment is so close to the beach, restaurants, bars and a small supermarket. Being able to walk around old town was the best and Maja was super friendly and provided great tips on where to eat. The steps leading up to the apartment provided a great workout.

One of our best Airbnb stay, we would like to come back again! The Garden is beautiful and the Apartment has everything what you need!

Host super friendly and efficient. The villa is really nice with nice furniture and well equipped. Highly recommended.

We liked the place very much and was as described. Elena and Marco were always very easy to reach and always tries to solve all concerns quickly. We would book the place again anytime. After every trip, it was a highlight when you came back, opened the gate and drove into the yard. Really recommended! In the village itself, there is not really anything to do, but from there you quickly go to very beautiful places.

The stay was absolutely excellent – the accommodation was spotlessly clean, stylishly furnished and exactly as described. The host was extremely friendly, helpful and always available. I felt completely comfortable and would love to come back. Full recommendation!

What an amazing, relaxing place to stay with stunning views from the rooftop terrace. Andrea was a perfect host and flexible to fit in with our flight arrival time. What a fabulous home. So spacious and with every facility you could imagine. We were welcomed on check in by Hiru who was very helpful and again on check out. She was always available if required. The house was amazing and whilst a taxi ride from the town, still had a shop and a few restaurants within meters. Would definitely recommend staying here - great for a family or group of friend.

Modern and spotlessly clean apartment. Approx 12 min walk into the centre of Pula. Free parking space which is unusual for Croatia as most hotels charge €25 per day. Beds were not the most comfortable as mattresses were very hard. Please be aware of no lift within building and 6 flights of stairs.

Very warm welcome from Alba (mother) and Goran on the phone. They were also allowed to enter the accommodation earlier because the apartment was ready. We felt immediately comfortable. The pool is just amazing and the apartment spacious for 4 people . It is right next to the main house where Alba lives. We could have eaten outside the apartment at any time or at Goran/Alba on the property. The location is perfect for excursions and a supermarket , the bus stop and a few restaurants are just a few minutes walk away. The communication with Goran was perfect! Well-appointed and equipped, modern apartment with balcony on the 1st floor, very central yet quiet, parking on site, we could park e-bikes in the house. Only a few minutes' walk to the sea. Great communication, we were informed in advance about the most important points. Questions during the stay were answered quickly and very friendly. Very friendly contact persons! For us, it was “the best place to be” in Medulin, which we highly recommend!

We have traveled widely and seen the cities and the sites but we want to meet and get to know the real people and learn about their culture. Our 3 week stay in Floricici gave us this experience as we were welcomed by her entire family. Perfect location to explore Istria. We left with our hearts full!

The place has everything you need and more. The kitchen is very well equipped, and the location is quiet and just a 10-minute walk from the old city center. If you enjoy dining outdoors, there’s a table in front of the garden. We had no trouble parking or exiting with a wide car (Tesla Model Y).

The apartment is spacious, clean, and fully equipped with everything you need. It’s just a few minutes from the city center. Ivan is a great host and responds to messages immediately. 10/10 – highly recommended!
