Premium tiny room, perfekte Lage

Kleines,liebevoll gestaltetes Zimmer-12qm- im denkmalgeschützten Altbau zum begrünten Innenhof. Die Fenster sind mit lichtdurchlässigen Plissees vor Blicken geschützt und ein blickdichter Samtvorhang verdunkelt nachts. Es gibt ein Boxbett mit 140cm, Leselampe, Schrank,Wandspiegel und Aufhängemöglichkeiten . Das kleine Bad mit Handtuchheizkörper hat keine Tür, ist aber blickgeschützt bei Toilette und Dusche. Restaurants und S-U-Bahn sind in Minuten zu erreichen. Wlan für Zoom zu schwach.

Short Term Stay Octoberfest or longer?

Enjoy your stay in Munich for work (with Monitor, Keyboard, Mouse) or for pleasure, only 3 stops away to the city centre with metro S4/U4 from Boehmerwaldplatz in approx. 5 minutes walk. No TV or dishwasher in the apartment itself, dryer and washing machine available in a separate room. I am there at the Check-In to explain all to you and am happy to welcome you personally. Close to a small shopping center for all your needs. Hairstaightener / -dryer and ironing as well available.

The building must be new. Utterly clean. The most clean place I’ve been to. The AC is weak but as I’ve discovered so is most of the AC in Europe. A final note the washing machines have their own soap in them, but you have no control so you must turn the dial to many different positions till you find a reasonable time like an hour. Our laundry got stuck in for over three hours which we did not expect on just a wash cycle two hours before we left. My recollection was that was some of the positions on the left, which we did not know and if you adjust it in the middle your laundry, it gets stuck inside, which unfortunately Made us have to leave with wet laundry, which we didn’t get a chance to actually wash or use until the end of our trip. They aren’t getting hit for this. I’m just letting people know because this could happen to somebody else and if you were less tech savvy than me, youwould literally have to leave with your laundry stuck inside.

I had a fantastic stay at Anuschka and Alex’s place! They are a warm and welcoming couple who even allowed early check-in on a busy game day — such a kind gesture. I was greeted with fresh flowers, water, and a sweet treat, which made me feel truly cared for. The room is cozy, with a convenient half-bathroom right next to it. The location is excellent — close to the S-train and within walking distance of many major attractions in Munich. Anuschka also gave me great tips for exploring both the city and my next destination. Highly recommended!

My friend and I stayed at Reda's place and had a wonderful time. The peaceful setting in a residential neighborhood was great as was the proximity to markets, restaurants, and public transportation. Reda was so kind and welcoming and even met us at the train station to walk us the couple of blocks to the unit. She also checked in on us to ensure all was well. I would gladly stay there again.

Stephan and Claudia both were really sweet and welcoming hosts. They also helped in suggesting local restaurants nearby and places that they enjoy being a localite. The place was also as shown in picture and was very easy to locate. overall enjoyed the stay here:)

Rundum schöner Aufenthalt, sehr sympathisch, perfekte Lage. In der Nähe gibt es auch ein bezahlbares Parkhaus (Isarparkhaus). Ich war nur für eine Nacht, aber es war alles sehr unkompliziert :)
