The apartment is wonderful, did not want to leave. I felt at home, very comfortable, with everything you need. Clean and smelling place. Condomínio is quiet and very cozy. It has a market next door and pharmacy nearby, it also has a UPA two minutes away. We will definitely return.

Excellent location, being possible to go to Praia Massaguaçu and Praia da Cocanha on foot, near the market, pharmacy, bakery, pizzeria, food-trucks, technical assistance, among many others.
