And stay was excellent! The super organized apartment, supernova and organized utensils. Mariana's attention was excellent, always proactive and asking if we were comfortable and if we needed anything. In the apartment there was a catalogue with indications of bakeries, restaurants and city tours, very good even. The place super clean, caretaker was very good people. The location is good, too. Very close to the beach which made it easy to enjoy until the last minute. Surely I would be staying in the place again.

We were on the Easter holiday as a family of 6 and the apartment is extremely well-equipped as advertised and in the photos. As for the communication with Mara, she was very attentive and understanding, making us feel totally comfortable. We arranged the time with Edite to pick up and return the keys and she was very patient and friendly because we got stuck in traffic on the way and left after the agreed time. As for the apartment, it is close to the Cocanha beach, which is just across the small bridge, a few minutes away. When we arrived in the condominium to get the bags down there is a cart which made it easy to climb up to the apartment that has an elevator, the kitchen is well equipped with everything we needed to cook, the air-conditioned rooms, the double bed mattress is very good, the bathroom with a great shower, finally everything was wonderful, I just have to thank Mara and Edite for helping us realize this dream that was to go with our parents for the first time to the beach, we'll come back! Impeccable house, Ronaldo very attentive to the guests, house in front of the beach, next to bars restaurants, supermarkets, was the best home the best service that even today me and my family have had on Airbnb,whenever returning to a beautiful island we will return to this house for sure !!

We feel at home, super cozy, very equipped kitchen, with all the necessary utensils. Perfect spot for rest. A reserved beach, with crystal clear water, place to rest, sunbathe, etc. We had the opportunity to dive and see turtle.

The place is amazing, we had a little problem with rainwater entering the second floor but otherwise it was all perfect, the hosts are extremely friendly and responded to all my messages quickly! In the end is well worth it if you like a Boa Vista, a good location for the beaches beyond the very nice and cozy space! I hope to return some day

The place is delightful, very quiet and well located in a perfect neighborhood for walking, with a market and other amenities very close and a few meters from the beach. The house is very well equipped and the hostess Camila was super helpful and quick to communicate. We recommend the place and on a future opportunity we intend to return!

Wonderful apartment and condominium. Complete with gym, sauna, rooftop pool with a gorgeous look. Private garage and impeccable apartment a few meters from the Mall ribeira shopping mall that has everything you can imagine. There are boat tours that come out of the river sack and with a 10-minute walk you go to other beach houses, Sununga and Lázaro

Loved the apartment - the view is beautiful. The apt is even better than showing in the pictures, extremely clean and with everything you need, and the sunrise views are incredible. There are lots of cats in the complex that would come around and stay with you if you let them, absolutely LOVED it. Would come back! 🥰

Excellent, defines the stay from the first to the last day, impeccable attention by Sergio, I felt at home, because the apt offers all the amenities necessary for the daily life on the coast and after a day of the beach finish with a good dip in the pool that besides being wonderful is heated. Super recompense!
