This place did not disappoint! Absolutely breathtaking views everywhere you look. Such a peaceful spot for relaxing and getting away from it all. Debbie was a dream host and went out of her way to help. Would love to return if we are ever back in Scotland again! Thanks again Debbie :)

We enjoyed a delightful long weekend at Croft 41. The house was perfect for our needs (two families with kids), the location absolutely stunning, and the wood-fired hot tub was also real highlight! Rachel is a very friendly and communicative host. Would definitely return in the future if we were looking to stay in this beautiful corner of Skye.

Great find for a group of 7 friends on a hiking holiday - perfect location foe glencoe and llochaber - hot tub a great attraction for after a days hiking - very spacious and confortable accomodation.

This garden cottage was straight out of a romantic fairytale! The gorgeous garden surrounding the cottage and the view of the water and misty rolling hills framed perfectly by a stone wall and ivy were just breathtaking (especially while sitting in the wood fire heated hot tub). The cottage itself was incredibly cozy. We had nearly gotten stranded on Islay with car issues and we weren’t even sure we’d get to enjoy this stop on our holiday. By the time we arrived, we were completely exhausted from the chaos of the previous 24 hours so this relaxing and welcoming space was exactly what we needed to decompress. ☺️ The cottage was well equipped and very clean! We had everything we needed and then some. Caroline was an exceptional host. She was remarkably responsive and lovely to interact with both prior to our stay (when we weren’t sure we’d be able to make it) and during our stay! Anyone with the opportunity to stay here, should absolutely do it! Thank you for everything, Caroline!!

We absolutely loved our stay here!this place truly captured all the Scottish charm we were hoping for. From the cozy, stylish décor to the warm welcome touches like slippers and a thoughtful welcome pack, every detail made us feel so welcome. The kids were delighted by the three adorable chickens that roam freely around the garden and the selection of games! The bedding and towels were top quality—soft, fresh, and beautifully presented. We especially enjoyed the BBQ hut (perfect for the cooler evenings and to escape the midge!) and the wood fired hot tub was a huge hit for winding down after a day of exploring. unlimited logs were great and the handy log splitter it was great fun and added to the experience! The location was fantastic—peaceful, scenic, and a great base for getting around. A couple of minutes drive into the Village, the Castle and near the great cafes and restaurants like the Three Chimneys. This place is a perfect blend of character and comfort, highly recommend

When we booked Otter’s Cabin we were looking for somewhere to relax and have some time to unwind and Otter’s Cabin gave us just that. The cabin itself is rustic and unique but this is exactly what we were looking for. The floating bridge was an adventure with 2 dogs before our day began but they got used to it quickly and by the time we left they were crossing it like pros. The views were outstanding and the seal visitors were a delight to watch. I would highly recommend Otter’s Cabin for anyone looking for a little piece of Scotland to relax in peace and tranquility.

Fiona and Richard were great hosts! Great communication, suggestions, and directions. The beds were comfy and house was clean. It was perfectly located in Broadford and close to Portree. Such beautiful views from the house! Would definitely recommend and stay again!

absolutely beautiful area. plenty of space for kids and dog in garden. sheep visiting often regardless of the gate being closed. house comfy and cozy and warm. bathroom was stunning and plenty of hot water.

We had a great week in Alison's cottage and were fortunate to have warm, sunny weather all week. There's lots to do in the area. We went across to Skye several times. Alison was a great host, always responsive and helpful.

we absolutely loved staying at Marie's place. The house had everything you need and was nice and clean. We got lucky and had a beautiful sunset visible through the living room window! The views are amazing and it is in a great location to explore Skye! I would definitely recommend Marie's place to other travellers!

This cottage is perfect for those who may want to get away for some peace and quiet in a beautiful Scottish Highlands setting. Alistair is an amazing host, with a warm and welcoming personality. He made us feel right at home. and could not have been more accommodating.

Ronnie's place was perfect for our first trip to Scotland. The surrounding area is gorgeous, mountains, sheep, and cows as far as the eye can see. Your view out the dining room window is perfect. We had everything we needed, plus the little shop in Glenelg for necessities. The ferry to Skye was a fun experience and very easy to get to. Our group of 5 stayed four days and were very comfortable. Only downsides are the midges making it tough to keep the windows open and the rain making it tough to dry clothes on the line - but not like Ronnie could've done anything about that!

Our stay at this Airbnb in Portree, Isle of Skye, was hands-down the best we’ve ever experienced! The property was absolutely exceptional—stunningly beautiful, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully equipped with every amenity we could possibly need, especially while traveling with infants. The host and co-host were beyond incredible, going above and beyond with their warm hospitality. They welcomed us with complimentary fresh eggs, bread, and delicious cookies, which added such a heartfelt touch to our stay. Every detail was meticulously cared for, making us feel right at home in this breathtaking location. Perfectly situated in centre for exploring Skye, this place is a gem. If we could, we’d give it 10 stars out of 5! Highly recommend to anyone visiting the Isle of Skye—thank you for an unforgettable experience!

Lisa welcomed us with a delicious pot of soup, bread and a beautiful place to call home for a few days. Always responsive to messages and quick to make certain we were comfortable. It was a quiet location, which is EXACTLY what we were looking for.

We had an amazing experience at this place. We were a family of two adults and two teenagers visiting Scotland. We stayed at the Fort Augustus Abbey for 7 nights to explore the Highland, lakes and islands. The apartment was large and very comfortable, inside an old abbey and its huge park, facing a large green field. The location is truly exceptional, directly on the banks of the Loch Ness, close to all facilities. Most of the apartment looked very recently renovated. The furniture and beds were great. The kitchen table and the living area furniture were clearly used but not at all worn out. There were some stains on the carpet but nothing bothersome. The apartment was very comfortable with a huge dining table, lots of space, two full bathrooms, very comfortable kitchen area, etc. The abbey was great overall, a very nice park for walking or just sitting around, table tennis, open-air chess, swimming pool, etc. By far our best Airbnb experience. A bit pricey but absolutely worth it!

Magical apartment in the old abbey. Cool building to explore. Don’t miss the graveyard. We had a 6 PM check in and had a flat tire coming up from Fort William. When I informed our host we would be delayed, she actually connected me with a tire replacement company FASTER than the rental company! So, the rental company confirmed the services right away and our delay was only 2 hours. We are SO THANKFUL to our kind host! The Boathouse restaurant has the best views, doesn’t require reservations, and was open later until everything else had closed. It’s a big issue to either have reservations (even for pizza!) or eat super early before 6 pm to get food. No local grocery store. Gas station does have fruit and vegetables. We couldn’t figure out the dryer despite the directions.

A cosy lodge in a beautiful part of Scotland. Plenty of space and the extra facilities in the games room and pool were great additions. It is in a remote location which may take adjusting to. The beds were comfortable, kitchen and appliances decent. Would happily stay here again.

This Airbnb exceeded our expectations! The location was breathtaking, with scenic views and easy access to local attractions. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and perfectly appointed. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway

This is a homestay located in a monastery. The building is extremely magnificent, and the corridors are very beautiful. Our apartment is on the top floor, offers a view of Loch Ness. The scenery is truly stunning—there's even a pigeon incubating eggs near the bathroom window, a lot of rabbits on lawn. The apartment is fully equipped and functional. Beds extremely comfortable. In short, we were very satisfied with our stay and will definitely come back again.

The Highland Club is extraordinary. Our host, Fernando, was exceptional! One of the nicest guys you'll ever meet and always available if you need anything. The apartment was wonderful and felt like "home away from home." An easy walk over to the little shops, bars and cafes in Fort Augustus by the canal made the stay even better. Not to mention the proximity to The Boathouse restaurant... a fun little spot with great food! Not only is the apartment in a unique and fantastic location, the view of Loch Ness from the grounds is like nothing you've ever experienced - beautiful and tranquil, to say the least. A perfect "home base" to head out and experience other parts of the Highlands... like, Isle of Skye. WOW!!!!! Stay here! You won't regret it!!
