Monthly Rentals in Portland Downtown

Had a great stay there. The place is in a good location with multiple cafés/restaurants in walking distance. There is good access to public transport. The area is safe. And the best part is that host stays in the same location and pretty accessible. Could reach to them for even the smallest issues. In all, couldn't have found a better place in Portland.

Everything about the stay was perfect. The river view from the balcony was amazing. I and my husband stayed for a month, we had all the basic amenities in the apartment, the couch was super comfortable to just relax and watch tv. Couldn’t resist being in the couch day long. Light train is right cross the road, which was perfect for us since we dint have a car. It takes us to city center and a Safeway which is 3 stops away. Also, walkable distance to waterfront which was amazing. Over all perfect place right in downtown. However, the apt community team is pretty strong, we were asked to attend orientation and all, which was tad much for short stays. Would definitely recommend this property if in Portland.

We loved our four night stay here while exploring Portland and the Columbia River Gorge area. Since we were driving the parking in a safe garage was priceless to us. The apartment had everything we needed, including washer/dryer that we really needed at the tail end of a long roadtrip. The view from the apartment was beautiful and it felt really nice getting back to the apartment after a whole day of outing. We'll definitely stay here again on our next visit to Portland.
