Our home was featured on the AIA Modern Homes Tour of Portland in Spring 2016. 250 sq ft., 1 block away from restaurants, locally owned shops, bars, a Whole Foods, and great access to public transportation. You have your own private entrance to the tiny house, so you don't ever have to worry about hearing footsteps overhead from being in a basement apartment.
