Monthly Rentals in Port Lympia

I appreciate that the host was always just a text away and checked on us everyday if everything was going well. The place is as good as it looks in the photos. All major tourist spots in Nice are a short walk away from the place - this was the major plus. The tram station is also just 5 mins away so that was a huge plus too! The place was big enough for the 3 of us and had all the amenities we could potentially need. Thanks for the well stocked coffee and tea! The only slight issues I’d mention would be that the building in which the apartment is located is under renovation, so there’s a smell of paint in the entry of the building. However this is in no way causing any problems in our experience. Moreover it is not something the host can control. Lastly, on the weekends it could get loud outside as there are bars around, and the apartment is close to the streets - however just shutting the windows was a quick solution. Overall, I’d definitely visit this airbnb again! A solid 10/10.

Me and my friend really liked staying at they’re place. Super nice hosts they were very welcoming. Great area close to the beach really cozy being right by the sea we were also really close to the old town. The apartment was also really nice to stay at. We we recommend staying there.

You can tell a lot of care has gone into creating a space that’s both stylish and comfortable. The location is simply perfect—just steps away from all the highlights of Nice, yet tucked away enough to enjoy peace and quiet when you need it. Whether you’re exploring the Old Town, heading to the beach, or enjoying a café around the corner, everything is within easy reach. Gregory was an outstanding host—his communication was prompt, clear, and helpful throughout, and he went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed for a smooth and enjoyable stay. Highly recommended—we would come back in a heartbeat!

Such a magical place. My fiancé and I cannot wait to come back. We both said it was the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at and really our dream vacation area. The bakery across the street became part of our morning routine. The whole place and area was lovely. We will definitely be staying again!
