Monthly Rentals in Ponte San Giovanni

'Sotto le Stelle' is a beautiful apartment with the most amazing view of Umbria situated on the 12th floor, which is the roof, only 3mins walk away from the train station. It has a very luxurious terrace and an impeccable cleanliness. The host, Kinga, and her son are so so loving. Kinga is very kind and helpful. She also helped us with renting a car at a reasonable price from AUTOCENTRI GIUSTOZZI. We do recommend it, as we would love to visit again and prolong our stay.

Very nice apartment, new furniture and fully equipped, clean in all parts. The balcony is delightful and it is pleasant to have breakfast there in the morning. It is easy to find parking, and if you can't find it, a garage is available for the apartment. Elsa and her husband are always available and give advice on places to visit. Recommended

Me and my husband loved staying at Damianos place . We end it up extending our stay and they were very easy to extend and let us also stay one day without paying . You have everything you need , extra pillows , covers, sheets . Damiano and Lisa are very easy to communicate for anything you need . The only down side is that sometimes you can hear the neighbors or they can hear you but that’s no one’s fault , it’s just how the building is . You have parking for your car . I only have great things to say about Damianos place , if I am in Perugia again I would definitely stay there again .

Maurizio’s place is a dream come true in Assisi. It is not huge, but it is quaint and clean and totally functional. It is secure and wonderfully situated a few minutes walk to a central hub of activity: 'The Piazza Del Commune' which is full of Great restaurants. The tourist information office is there too. I just can not fault my experience staying at Maurizio's place. I felt good about it when I booked, and relieved it was as listed. Do yourself a big favor and go stay at Maurizio's apartment. You will not regret it.
