Communication was clear and in time. The apartment was matching the photos, very clean and spacious, well organized kitchen, big clean bathroom with all the amenities, garden and private parking. We were met on arrival personally. The only problem could occur if one of us didn't speak Italian.

Paola and Valeriano are beautiful, kind and super helpful people. They welcomed us with a smile showing us the house (and their cats!) and were available to help us when we needed them. They also left us to eat and drink in the fridge and gifts for our children before we left!!! The house is as pictured: spacious, large, and clean. The room is full of books and games and was very appreciated by my children. They also have a garden but we couldn't use it (not even the kitchen because we ate outside). Their house is in a small village but a few minutes away you are in Deruta, larger, full of supermarkets, shops and restaurants and a 15-minute drive to Perugia. Car required for travel. We used this accommodation as a support to tour Umbria in 3 days and we had a very good time! We recommend it to everyone!!!!

Excellent house. In the middle of nowhere, and yet so close to the beauty of Assisi, Spello and Perugia. The enclosed garden guarantees full privacy. The views from the mountain into the valley are superb. The house itself is clean, cosy and has lots of comfort.
