place is clean and almost all of the amenities worked perfectly. tv is there, but no stations are available so it's useless. nice small kitchen, and the water heater worked like a charm. some minor issues with the toilet flush and the shower that for some reason wet the floor everytime you use it. outside there's no available space and the little public park seemed forgotten by the local authorities. overall a fine experience and the price was fair at the time I reserved

I spent 3 wonderful days in Policoro at Mrs. Margherita's house. Very kind host, ready to meet all my needs. In particular, Mrs. Margherita was asked for a kindness that I will not mention for privacy. She met the request without batting an eye. A very empathetic and helpful lady. What can we say about Mr. Mimmo, who welcomed us as if we had known each other forever. Mr. Mimmo made us find the apartment in an impeccable way. During our stay, he offered us two baskets of organic fruit, probably from his own land. The peaches and apricots are delicious. He also offered us a bottle of wine from his vineyards... what a treat. The apartment is located right in the center and is equipped with all comforts. Surely if I had to go back to Policoro, I would go back to this apartment. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Spatious, authentic and spotlessly clean appartment in the heart of Bernalda, a village off the beaten track but near the coast and with a true Basilicata vibe, full of restaurants and Italian dolce vita. Antonella’s appartment is the perfect home base and has everything you need for a relaxing couple of days to discover the surroundings. A home away from home!
