Words cannot describe how gorgeous Anna’s place is. This home exceeded all of my expectations, and I could not stop staring out the windows. From your balcony you can see three countries, mountains, and ocean. It truly is a once in a life time place. You are of course up in a mountain so limited things around you to do but the city center is right at the base and there are plenty of amazing restaurants. For freedom it is important to rent a car as taxis up and down can add up. We found ourselves walking down and then taxiing up to save $ which was a beautiful scenic walk and enjoyable, but not the best option for those less able bodied. We also found it easy to use delivery apps to deliver groceries and food to us on days we did not go down. Unfortunately we were in the off season of tourism, but still found plenty restaurants open to enjoy. Anna is very proactive in helping arrange anything you need whether to call a taxi, or other needs. Do not hesitate to book this stay!

We had a great time in this pleasant home in all respects as described and ideally located for discovering the charming surrounding villages. I recommend it.

We had a great stay. The house was very clean. The patio area had phenomenal views. The yard was spacious and all fenced, which made it a great place for the kids to play. The host was quick to respond to all our questions. Check in was easy. Finale Ligure, Finalborgo and area are beyond words beautiful with fun activities for both kids and adults. We’re already making plans for our visit next year. And yes, we would love to stay again in Marina’s vacation home.

We had a wonderful stay. Plenty of space for 4 as we spent most of the time in the city. The home is well appointed and the view plus the fruit trees were great. Interior accommodations were comfortable. We had a couple questions in the late evening one night and their team was very responsive. Perfect place for a 3 day stay in the south of France!

Nice location. The house and terrace has plenty of space and good places to sit and eat. We enjoyed also the pool. We were there for biking and cycling 10days. Good place for both.

Very nice couple offering this accommodation. Quiet and nice view. Our family of three had a great time here. Nice beaches and worth going up to the old town. Highly recommended to come here.

The house and especially the garden are a little paradise. Monica Was superfriendly, flexible and helpful. We had a lovely time!

This place is a small gem. Within walking distance of two great bakeries and a bunch of restaurants. We had two challenges during our stay, but our host was super responsive and proactive and helped a ton. We will be back.

We had a great time up in the hills of Eze! It is a beautiful house in a little gated community, feels really safe and is close to Nice and Monaco. Great feature: a Paddel/Tennis Club just across the street with nice staff and superb views - we had two great sessions there 🎾 Thank you Laurence for your list of ideas and tips on where to go and eat and beach, we spent a beautiful week at your house!

We had such a nice stay. The place has stunning views and great amenities. Walking distance to the city center. Fully equipped. We were given super good recommendations for things to visit and do. Both the host and the manager were super friendly, polite and proactive. Overall we had a great time and would love visiting again!

An unforgettable stay at Villa Zarafa We had the absolute pleasure of staying at Villa Zarafa in Nice, and it exceeded all our expectations. We were a group of 8, and every single one of us was truly impressed. The villa is beautiful, spacious, and extremely comfortable, with stunning views over Nice. The facilities are top-notch — everything was clean, well-equipped, and thoughtfully designed to make guests feel at home. Lauryane and Stephen were fantastic hosts. They were incredibly helpful, kind, and always available if we needed anything. Their warm hospitality made a big difference and really enhanced our stay. This was a perfect experience from start to finish, and we are already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing stay in the South of France!

Beautiful accommodation right on the amazing coast of Alassio. The ocean views are truly spectacular and breathtaking. The house is well furnished and exceptionally beautiful! Andrea is a very likeable host who gave us many tips and recommendations. He welcomed us very warmly and very kindly showed us the accommodation. An exemplary host! Enjoyed stay In St Paul de Vence.. The Airbnb is bright and peaceful. In current era of maps on phone the back narrow roads make such Airbnbs an easy option. The house itself had large windows in every room with the eating area and master being the highlights. Travelled with small dog who loved the large yard. The local grocery store Le Clerc a 5 minute drive down the hill was amazing – so we cooked in house and ate al la fresco. Lots of space and Airbnb is fully equipped. Also found the location in St. Paul de Vence ideal -- nice neighborhood -- not too far up the the hill and close to grocery store, large local mall, and up the hill arts and restaurants. Going it is often difficult to judge locations. Thank you to Jean who was available to help with any questions.

Beautiful home in the hills overlooking Nice. Our host was very helpful and gracious, and the pool was spotless. Would highly recommend!

We have had a wonderful stay at Philippe’s home. The house was beautiful and particularly suitable for our family stay with a small baby. He was very accommodating answering any queries promptly. The information instructions provided were very detailed and helpful. The swimming pool was wonderful as the weather was hot and the air conditioning was very welcome. We were a group of six and the house was very spacious with plenty of room for three couples and a baby. We would like to thank Philippe for hosting us. We have wonderful memories of a lovely holiday at Cagnes sur Mer.
