Gwen’s condo was fantastic - the perfect spot for a weekend getaway. The condo was clean, homey, and stocked with the essentials. Gwen and Alan were extremely helpful and communicative - they made everything a breeze. It was great to be right next to night skiing with fresh snow. Will have to come back!

Ski In or Out onto the Western Territory slopes then crossover to Powder Monkey, The Village, and all of the other slopes on Snowshoe Mountain. Call and catch the shuttle at the bottom of the driveway for a free ride anywhere in the resort and a ride back, anytime.

Single couch bed in living room and Futon sofa upstairs. There is 48 inch flat screen tv. Note: Internet and phone service may be spotty at times; with intermittent service. Please use coffee shop in Hot Springs for work if the on site services are inadequate for you. Please take time to relax and enjoy.

Comfortable, well kept, and convenient

I am minutes to the resort center yet central enough to take advantage of non resort amenities. While there is no ski in/out from this location, there is affordable food, country comfort, and you are still only 10 minutes from Top of the World. It is a very unique property and is geared towards regular skiers, bikers, families, and couples. You park right out front, the hot tub is next door, & restaurants and a market just a few minutes away. Any pet must be approved in advance.

Great ski in/ski out location. Condo had everything we needed except a hair dryer. Keurig coffee maker has both regular brew option and kcup option - bring your own coffee with you. Beautiful condo!

We always visit Snowshoe the weekend before Christmas and have stayed at Summit. Our family has grown and we needed a bigger space. We booked this property and we all loved it. Lots of room to spread out, large kitchen for preparing meals and the location was perfect. We were able to walk to the village with a 2 year old toddler and had no problem. Powder monkey lift was out the front door. We will definitely book again for next year! Angela B

Cranberry Mountain Lodge

This is a cozy cabin on beautiful property with hiking trails right out the door, a small stocked pond, and great sledding hills. The road to the cabin was rougher than expected but we also arrived after lots of rain. I would not advise arriving after dark. The main floor is spacious with lots of seating and a large smart TV. The woodstove is awesome and puts out an incredible amount of heat. The mattresses are all medium-firm. No plush pillowtops here. But we knew this ahead of time and brought mattress toppers for those who needed them. Lots of warm blankets and comforters. We loved that the house uses solar and hydroelectric. This did mean monitoring the house’s power and several power outages, but it was always easy to get back online. And the house has a generator if needed. As a host, John‘s service and welcoming feel are unparalleled, and it felt like we were staying at the house of friends while they were out of town. He truly wants his guests to have a great experience.

This was our second time staying at TOTRC and it did not disappoint! Lynn’s place is perfect for larger groups visiting Snowshoe that appreciate privacy. The cabin sits on 10 acres but is still only 20 minutes from the Village at Snowshoe. The cabin is so well stocked and has tons of amenities which made our last day in WV perfect even though the weather wasn’t ideal for skiing - we played board games, sat in the hot tub, sang karaoke, and made a fire outside.

The privacy, convenience to the river and GRT, simplicity, and cleanliness all made this a wonderful stay for one or two people. Most of the houses on the river have little privacy or surrounding trees. This cabin was just up the hill tucked away in the trees with still lots of sunlight due to some nice skylights. No typical musty dark river cabin here! Maureen was friendly, responsive, and accommodating. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Amazing location in the village, best hot tub of any building! This makes it all worth it! The unit itself was very small and old, could use quite a bit of updates. The bed was nice and soft. You are definitely timely paying for location and amenities with this one, but still worth it in my eyes.
