We had a wonderful & relaxing weekend here with a large group for my sister's lowkey bachelorette party. Even with a day of non-stop pouring rain, we were perfectly content with staying in and enjoying the coziness of the house. We had a blast watching the chickens roam around and hanging out with the overly-friendly barn cats while we sat outside. The goats & pigs were happy to greet us at the fence every time. The hot tub and pool were perfect! Highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a beautifully scenic and peaceful getaway. Thanks, Sarah & BBVF team!

We had a great stay at William’s. The location was beautiful and the house was comfortable. We had a great mix of day-tripping and relaxing with a view. We also ran into William and he was very helpful and friendly.

Words can’t describe the experience we had this weekend. Linda was the best host we have ever worked with and the place was extraordinary to say the least! Extremely clean, comfortable and well located! Kid friendly and close to downtown! We will highly recommend it to friends and family and if we could leave more stars than a 5-star review we would! We enjoyed our stay. we felt at home. very spacious and cozy. this house has everything you need for your stay. Very close to Rutland. The fresh baked apple pie was a bonus. It was so delicious. Everything was perfect for us! Thank you! We will definitely be back again!

We had an amazing stay! The house is lovely and very comfortable, perfect for going skiing at mount snow and cross country skiing and prospect mountain. We were really glad to have picked it. The house is spacious, we all had a lot of room to ourselves, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The farm is gorgeous. Great grocery stores nearby. Sharon was amazing - so helpful when a winter storm threatened to make it hard for us to drive home. She offered us extra time or even another night discounted, which was really generous. She also communicated with friends to help us determine if the road back to NYC had been cleared. We are so grateful for her help! We hope to return in warmer weather to enjoy the farm even more.

We had such a wonderful stay at this historic home! Ruth was a great host and was easy to communicate with, even when I needed to message her late at night. The rooms were great and it was in a perfect location. We are looking forward to booking here again next year.

Staying here is always a joy for the entire family! It has become an annual tradition that we all look forward to in winter. Thank you for being so accommodating with our schedule and a special thanks to Mitchell for going the extra mile to snow blow a waking path for me and the dogs to keep our daily routine of visiting the horses, after the last storm brought over 13” of snow. 9 adults and 3 children all met up for a family weekend! We came from NY, NH and Maine! The house was perfect! Plenty of room to gather or separate! Even tho it was a chilly rainy weekend the kids managed to get in plenty of pool time! Tanya was very responsive and Melvin was the greatest! Our first morning he came right over to fix a slow drain. Highly recommend!! Kim and family

Had a great stay and Kristen and Jesse’s place. We were in the area for the CBHM and they were very accommodating. House was cozy and very peaceful. Not too far from Woodstock, which is a nice town. I would highly recommend staying K&J’s place

House and location - the house is beautiful and the view from the backyard is amazing. The location was as described. It was also great that the host shared that the cell service around the house is poor. Amenities - the amenities were great. We cooked while we stayed and the kitchen was fully stocked with anything we could possibly need. Including things like serving platters and bowls. It was also great that the fireplace was useable and stocked with wood. Extra - it snowed like crazy when we stayed. Having the plow service helped us in the driveway greatly! One edit to the listing - Belmont General Store was closed when we stayed.

Todd & Susan’s Lux Farm Retreat was very relaxing. This is a beautiful house and property. It is very private and peaceful. The fireplace is an amazing focal point of the house where we were able to spend some quality family time. The upstairs den area was great for the kids to have their own area at times. We would stay there again in a heartbeat. Todd and Susan are very proactive, and communication was excellent and responsive.

Wow! What a great find. Everything was perfect. We had plenty of room for all of us: 7 adults/1 baby. We've staying in a lot of Airbnb's and this place by far had the best amenities. Kitchen fully stocked with pots/pans, baking pans/sheet pans, loads of silverware and dishes, various bowls and storage containers, and epecially all the little things that you either forget or have to go out and buy. Reponsive hosts! Comfy beds:) Everything was very clean. Lots of seating. Large yard which was great for the dogs. Loved having the porch, which also had lots of seating, a gas grill, and the best was a built in gate for the stairs which was super handy for the dogs! (and the baby). The basement has a separate living area 2 sofa's and 2 twins beds (and a mini frig). The game room was fun and had a walkout to the area where the fire pit is. Very, very private area! We just loved it.

Stephanie was an Incredible host! The listing matched her description and the property looked even better upon checking in. Stephanie maintains this property really well and I couldn’t have felt any more at home. The home was clean and had a perfect cozy feeling to it. In addition, this was really close to the mountain, which made the getaway even better. I enjoyed the privacy and waking up to a nice snow dusting before my trip to the mountain. I highly suggested staying at Stephanie’s property if you’re looking for a quick getaway. I certainly will be looking to book again soon. Thank you Stephanie!

This place was truly me & my husband’s ultimate favorite place to have a peaceful vacation thus far. We loved how spacious and together everything felt, from having so many windows and the theming through the whole house was truly unique and thoughtful. Sure there is a camera looking dead at you while in the hot tub, but most likely it’s because there’s an entrance right there. Outdoors is nature central: river close by, all types of birds chirping and surrounded by trees. Kitchen was equipped with seasonings & stocked with pots and utensils. Host was super helpful & responsive for sure. Overall: 10/10! Don’t hesitate to book! Really wonderful stay!!

The house is fantastic and I highly recommend it to anyone who’s planning a trip to the area. Austin’s place is very stylish, comfortable and has everything that’ll make your stay an enjoying experience. You’ll find nice touches and well-thought details throughout the house the moment you step in. Location is also amazing to have a safe and peaceful stay with beautiful surroundings while being close to all nearby actions. We had a great ski trip overall and already planning to be back.

We absolutely loved Matthew's place! The layout was perfect with the kitchen, main living, and master bed/bath upstairs and a cool hangout for the kids downstairs along with the additional 2 bedrooms. The mudroom was great! The hot tub was amazing, the surroundings lovely. We all agreed the beds were so comfy! We liked having the ability to change the temp in each room and space. The upstairs fireplace was cozy and warm (great for drying gloves/socks). It was an easy drive to Skyeship Gondola for Killington skiing. Matthew was a stellar host. He was attentive, kind, and quick to communicate. All the information provided (especially the detailed directions and all instructions) were much appreciated. I left behind 2 bags and Matthew has already offered to assist in sending home! In addition, the condo is slope side to an abandoned ski resort. This was a hit with our teenage boys! At our own risk, we all loved repeatedly skiing down "Jeffrie's Way." We would definitely stay again!

The home and location are great, but the hosts are what make this place. They go above and beyond to make your stay special.

Thomas and Tanja went over and above with their Airbnb rental home. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and even provided extra items like coffee, honey, salt and sugar. The beds had super soft linens and there were more than enough blankets for everyone in the house. The kids adored the XBox in the bunk room and loved having some extra entertainment after skiing. Bathrooms were stocked with toiletries and plush towels. We loved the fireplace and used it every day. Very efficient and easy to use. We were also very thankful for the easy check out directions and flexibility for check-in and check-out times. Highly recommended this cute mountain home.

Highly recommend Alan's house. I don't exactly know what to say. He is responsive and just easy to deal with. The only thing I would recommend is to make the motion lights less sensive on the deck.... Other than that we had a great time and look forward to NYC

This rental is very close to the fun Long Trail Brewery and Ramunto's Pizza in Bridgewater. Short 10 min drive to the Killington skyship base. The owner was quick to respond and easy to talk to. The place was clean, but did smell of smokers formerly residing there. Plenty of room to spread out. The condo complex this unit is in is older and the exterior of the buildings could use maintenance, but this particular rental unit is in good shape inside and comparable to the price. We'd stay here again.

Great house with plenty of amenities - perfect for a ski weekend with friends! Very clean and well stocked. Would rent again!

We had a great stay! The house was well-appointed and comfortable. We especially loved the covered porch and beautiful view. It was a great home base for exploring the area, including several nearby hiking trails, Woodstock and Quechee (about a half hour away), and Brattleboro (less than an hour away). Ab was a fantastic host. He was proactive with communication and even checked in with us to make sure we had power after some strong thunderstorms that had moved through the area.

Really enjoyed this place ! Can't waite to go back!
