Vermont Lakefront Getaway "The Wild Loon"

This home was built in 2020 with the beautiful lake and mountain views in mind. The Wild Loon is what we decided to name our retreat because we are often visited by wild loons here on the lake. The Wild Loon has an open concept floor plan. Sleeping arrangements are upstairs and downstairs in the basement. The half bath, kitchen, living and dining room are all on the main floor. Parking is directly across the road and can fit 4 vehicles in the summer, spring and fall 3 vehicles during winter

Direct lakefront with panoramic views of Wachusett Mountain (#1 skiing in MA). In the summer, enjoy the kayaks, canoe, paddle-boards, motor boat. In the winter, cozy up next to the fireplace and enjoy a complimentary bottle of wine. In the fall, gaze upon the breathtaking foliage from the sunroom. Charming cottage with 3 bedrooms just a small walk to Sunapee lake. You can enjoy swimming off the dock or explore one of the many harbors on the lake. Mount Sunapee is just around the corner (2 minute drive) and offers many fun activities for the whole family. Including zip lines, mtn biking and much more. Sunapee State beach is also within walking distance or just a short drive away. Offers large sandy beach. This rustic cottage is a perfect place to make memories with family and friends.
