Monthly Rentals in Plovan

Property located on the edge of "the Route du Vent Solaire" at the NO de Plovan. The place is very quiet, rural, with the ocean in perspective. The apartment occupies an outbuilding of the owner's dwelling house in the courtyard of an old farm whose buildings are pending maintenance work. The apartment is as described: it is comfortable and well heated independently. The exterior layout offered is nice. In a separate area, in warm season, the owner runs a small outdoor restaurant on weekends, friendly and possibly useful for hosts. It doesn't cause any disturbance of any kind. The owner is dynamic, affable and very attentive to the needs of his tenants.

After more than 20 years of vacationing in holiday homes, we have rarely found such a well-equipped and clean house. We didn't miss anything, thank you for that! The location of the house inspired us to take some walks, not only to the beach, but also in and around Plovan. We travel wistfully but very well recovered after three weeks back home. Thank you very much!

Perfect house for a weekend with friends, peaceful, a few minutes from a beach and a preserved reserve, with garden view of a field with a donkey and a horse. The torch is a good quarter of an hour from the house, as are the small shops and restaurants. Ideal for a group of about ten people, who want to get together around sports, nature and good food :)

We stayed as a family of four in the house for two weeks. The house has two spacious bedrooms on the upper floor. On the first floor there is a large living area with a fireplace and TV, a dining area, the kitchen and also a smaller living area with access to an inner courtyard. The first floor is therefore very spacious and open. The garden is overgrown with a hedge and you can sit here, as well as in the described courtyard. The house is quietly located in a small hamlet. To the beach it's by bike approx. 10 minutes. Bakers or grocery stores are easily accessible by bike or car. Communication with Alexandre went smoothly and even with a minor problem, help was very quick. He also gave very good tips for beaches, excursions and more. We really enjoyed our vacation in the house and would be happy to come back.
