Everything was perfect. The condo was clean and exacly as described. Host was very attentive and responsive. The location is great as it is close to 5th ave and the beach. You can walk to many places. We loved the jacuzzi and day bed on the top balcony. The rooftop pools are super nice. Great stay!

This is one of the best locations I’ll stayed in playa del Carmen. The roof top pools are awesome with a great view of the ocean that’s just a block down the road. The gym is fully equipped with just about everything you need if you have an active workout routine. And the bar/ restaurant up there makes it a one stop shop you literally don’t have to leave the building if don’t want to. Assuming you do go out and about 5th Ave the beach and everything else is just under a 5 minute walk awesome place to stay highly recommend for a great getaway.

La pasamos espectacular. El lugar limpio y ordenado con las comodidades necesarias, estuvimos una semana y superó las expectativas. Excelente ubicación, cerca de todo, supermercado, playa, transporte, a pesar de estar en el centro el ruido no afectó en nada. El Sr. Vladimir siempre estuvo al pendiente de nosotros. Definitivamente recomendaría este lugar excepcional 100% y sin duda regresaremos.

I loved Rodolfo’s place. It is cozy , well equipped & very hospitable. I love the vibration in the house. I woke up every day happy. The vibration of the whole building is amazing surrounded by nature. For nature lovers , hippies , spiritual minded folks this abode is a gem. Rodolfo dwelling was designed to facilitate a comfortable and enjoyable sojourn. Rodolfo is very responsive, affable , considerate & attentive. As a guest one couldn’t ask for more. I recommend this abode wholeheartedly. Would have given 6 stars if allowed unfortunately 5 Being the max Will have to settle for it. I’ll happily book it again upon my return to Quintana Roo. Great place, extremely clean and beautiful furnished. Luis Fernando was very responsive and helpful. Left take out options and his mother I law was super sweet with us and took us to buy some stuff to a close buy convenience store. Overall we had a great stay. Definitely recommend and will keep in mind for future bookings

El lugar es muy bonito, esta dentro de una privada con mucha tranquilidad. Es tal cual lo ve en el anuncio. Además, Joel es un gran afitrion.

El Lugar es bastante acogedor, viajé con mi familia, éramos 3 adultos y 2 niños. La recámaras son amplias, la limpieza 10/10 Tiene todo lo necesario en la cocina por si quieres preparar de comer. Hay cadenas de supermercados a 1 cuadra. Sin dudarlo me quedaría otra vez

This place was perfect. Very clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged. Everything was in great shape; nothing felt old or broken, which I especially appreciated after reading some of the previous reviews. Both showers are working perfectly now. There were plenty of towels, beach towels, shampoo, and drinking water was thoughtfully provided by the host. You can feel the care here. The infinity pool was lovely and there were plenty of chaise lounges. Also, the private pool and sitting area was very nice and gave a sense of privacy and relaxation. And yes, this is absolutely the best location in Playa del Carmen. We would definitely recommend this to our friends. Muchas gracias! ✨

We loved staying at Dmitri's place! its situated in a complex of condos within a private estate, the whole area is incredibly safe and we felt more than safe walking round at night. the airbnb was nicer than a hotel, large, spacious, clean, towels on hand and the patio leads right out to the pool. the pool was huge and had a swim up bar which we LOVED. Felt so much nicer than an all inclusive resort. the pool has plenty of deck chairs and is generally very quiet. it's a 30 minute walk to the town which we loved exploring in the evening would 10/10 recommend to a friend and stay here again if we came back :)

Juan, his team, and his place are maravillosos (wonderful)! My friends and I rented Villa Yambú for a bachelor party weekend. The house is beautiful and situated in a perfect location within Playacar Fase (Phase) 1. We were pleasantly surprised by the daily check-ins from the maintenance tech, Francisco, as well as by the daily cleaning service. We were wowed by the attention to detail: the housekeeping team realized we were missing certain bartending equipment to maximize our stay and, unprompted, provided it to us. So hospitable! I also highly recommend Chef Kim, whom Juan refers and lists in his house amenities guide. Chef made an amazing seafood paella for us and was a welcome addition to a fabulous final evening in PdC. The only hiccup we experienced was in finding the villa after entering the neighborhood. I recommend asking security for specific instructions, as the street addresses can be confusing. Thanks Juan! If you’re considering Villa Yambú, don’t miss out!

My mom and I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Playa del Carmen! The home is absolutely beautiful honestly even better than the pictures. It was very spacious, clean, and felt like a peaceful home in the heart of the city. The location is perfect, with tons of great restaurants, bars, and nightlife just a short walk away. The beach is also a 5 minute walk away and we appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella provided by the host! The host was incredibly friendly and responsive throughout our stay, which made everything so easy. We did experience a bit of a wait and some confusion at the front desk during check-in, but it was quickly resolved and didn’t take away from the overall experience. All in all, I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!!

What a fantastic place! The location is perfect, close to everything and very safe. The rooftop pool is absolutely amazing, especially for watching the sunset. The kitchen has all the basics in case you feel like cooking at home. The bathroom is very clean with good water pressure in the shower. The only downside is that the couch needs a good cleaning as there are some stains on it, but it might just be the color of the couch.

Second time staying at an apartment in this building and had a great stay. The location is fantastic. It has a "neighborhood" vibe but walking distance to just about everything--5th Ave, ADO bus station, Mega Soriana, Walmart and more restaurants than you can imagine. The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. Loved the pool and the rooftop and there is a front desk with friendly staff. I would stay there again and highly recommend it.

WoW quel beau séjour nous avons eu à Playa del Carmen ! Le condo était fidèle à la description: très beau, propre, sans bruit, balcon extérieur, la piscine sur le toit fut un réel must ! Nous y avons pris nos repas et les enfants s’y sont baignés à tous les jours. Irlanda super géniale ! Très accueillante et Réponses rapides à nos questions. Nous y retournerons assurément !
