House holiday rentals in Playa del Carmen

I loved the attention of the hosts, they saved me from not spending the night in the car with 7 young girls, the Airbnb I rented for my vacation made us have a bad time and we had to leave it, I contacted the hosts late at night and they were accessible and quick, they made it easy for us to live in the apartment in less than 10 minutes, 🤗 they were angels for us, the place is comfortable, safe and with super clear and precise directions, they are in contact and always available, I recommend them 100%

Very clean and quiet place. Perfect for resting. Although it's not directly in the city center, it's super easy to get there by collectivo bus, or by taxi. Lots of small streetfood stalls in the neighborhood. I'll be back!

100% recommended. As they mention in their publication, they strive to the smallest detail to make sure everything is good and clean. There were 6 adults and 2 children and we were quite comfortable, all the services without any problems, and the area was very quiet. My nephews loved the pool and the facilities in general were always lit and clean. Only if you stay there is it advisable to rent a car, but 5 minutes away you have absolutely everything. Kaitlin is a great host - our stay was everything we hoped! She anticipates all her guests' needs. The house is beautifully decorated and secure in a quiet neighborhood, and the filtered water on tap was much appreciated. The pool and private patio were perfect for relaxing, and the ceiling fans and a.c. in every room kept us comfortable. Having a washer and dryer was a bonus. Communicating with Kaitlin during our visit was easy as she is very responsive.

Awesome place, and Lisa is a very welcoming host. From the moment you step into the house you can tell that it was built and furnished with guests comfort in mind - things like separate bathroom sinks, convenient niches and power outlets on both sides of a bed, a well-equipped kitchen, mosquito nets on every window and even double hammock out back. The area outside feels like your own private plot of jungle, lush and peaceful. Very close to the beach, but a bit further from a city center - gives a chance to appreciate more of local vibe.

This beautiful villa is centrally located by a shopping center, not too far away from 5to Avenida and within short walking distance to the beach. The host was very responsive and the community has security 24/7. I 100% recommend it and we will be back.

The house is very nice, large and clean The host's service was excellent, the pool was large and beautiful. It has absolutely everything you need for a good stay. There is a 7 eleven shop and an oxxo very close but I would recommend renting a car to get around more easily , as the subdivision is somewhat removed from the center and beaches. In conclusion , it was a very pleasant experience and the next vacation we hope to book at Casa Tucán again

So nice we had to come back! And will definitely come back whenever we come to Mexico again. A peaceful, quiet, clean and safe place. Jesus is a great host and super helpful with fast replies. We would recommend to anyone who doesn’t want the noise of downtown. The pool is also the best we’ve had by far. Highly recommend!

Couldn’t have asked for a more perfect airbnb for our group trip. Great location, we felt safe but not “locked away” like some of the other rentals in PDC seem to be. Only thing was that Miguel’s communication was very slow, didn’t hear anything from him after check-in. We assumed that no news was good news. The cleaners were very thorough and friendly.

The house is large and each room with en suite bathroom. Well maintained property with everything working and in great condition. Very private pool/outdoor area that feels like you are in your own oasis. But then just 3 minutes walk on a private path and you are in a gorgeous beach with plenty of space to chill an enjoys the ocean. the house is great but Alma, the property manager, made the trip. She kept the house spotless, made us breakfast every day ( and real Mexican style breakfast and cut fruit for us). We just had to go to the grocery store to bring supplies and she prepared everything fresh every morning. Everything was setup for us to enjoy every day. She makes it feel like you are staying at a 5 star resort having everything tended to. Playa Car it’s own own separate area with great security… everyone inside has to have a bracelet to get in it be a guest. Cuts on the number of people and crowds… but the house ilia just a short walk to the shops and restaurants. SAFE

Carlos's house is very nice and colorful. You feel like at home there. It made with love. My wife and I really liked our stay there. Recommendations from Carlos about cafes and beaches were great. It was also nice to meet Carlos. He is very responsive host.
