Fantastic apartment, two double beds with super comfortable mattresses. Exquisitely decorated and with everything pristine. We were attended by Andrea on arrival and had left us milk, colacao, jams and water for us to arrive with children. She told us everything, gave us directions on what to visit for voters... Tailorish. The apartment is super clean and the appliances are quality. Everything works perfectly. The residential complex is very beautiful, it has a swimming pool and paddle court, manicured gardens and full of paradis flowers. From the terrasseta of the apartment you can see the sea. The beach is stoned and not massed. Thank you family. We will be back for sure.

We spent a great few days in this place, we were looking for something quiet close to the beach and we definitely got it right. We felt right at home, there was no lack of detail, kitchenware and bathroom complete. The facilities of the compound were very good,there was a very family atmosphere. Marina's attention was impeccable at all times, she immediately resolved my doubts, she was very helpful and kind, she welcomed us with a big smile and personalized details that seemed the most, very attentive to the pets as well. He provided us with all kinds of information and was very flexible in terms of schedules. We would definitely go back.

We stayed in the house for 10 days at the beginning of June 2025 and were completely satisfied. We particularly liked the exquisite location directly by the sea as well as the spacious garden/pool area. The pool is fenced, which was perfect for our children (4 years and 1 year old). It is simply fantastic to see the sea from every corner of the house and to fall asleep and wake up with the sound of the sea. The beach directly in front of the house is more of a pebble/stone beach, but we knew that. This has the advantage that the beach section is not overcrowded. You should know that there are hardly any restaurants in the immediate vicinity (within walking distance), so you should better prepare for cooking in the house - also against the background that the restaurants in the area (about 10-15 minutes or more by car) are only open in the evening from 8:00 pm. It takes about 35-40 minutes by car to Valencia.

Some dust but the place is a real haven of peace between sea, private pool and nature! The accommodation is perfectly located: quiet, rejuvenating, with the feeling of having a little corner just for us as there were so few people. Everything is there to disconnect: the sea is just a stone's throw away, the pool is in the garden, and the natural setting is relaxing. Valencia is less than 40 minutes away, but the journey is so pleasant that you don't notice the time. There are also quite a few restaurants and shops around, which allows you to enjoy everything without being in the crowd. A beautiful surprise, we leave with our heads full of good memories!
