Comfortable and convenient. This was our 2nd time staying with Brenda. She accomodated our early arrival. Unit had everything we needed. Very clean and neat.

We enjoyed our stay here. The laundry was a big bonus in our time as we needed it here and there. One minor flaw was the smoke smell that we got when we first stepped in. That was solved with some open windows. Other than that, a wonderful place!

Amy’s place was a perfect stay and had lots of nice touches: Full sized towels, throw blankets! Actual potholders so that the kitchen was usable. Clean and comfortable. Felt like being at home. The complex pool and amenities are really nice and the area was safe and conveniently located. Time your entrances and exits (or just go South) bc when the church traffic lets out, it’s a bear. 10/10 will stay again.

We loved our stay! The apartment is exactly as pictured—cozy, bright, and just the right size for a quick weekend getaway in Indy. We spent most of our time out of the apartment visiting our daughter, so we barely missed not having a TV. Everything was spotless, the check-in was smooth, and the location made getting around a breeze. Highly recommend!

This unit was stunning. The upgrades were to die for. I don’t know if love the kitchen or the bathroom more. The area was amazing and quiet. There is a tree in front of the window that simply captivates you as you sit in the den and relax. You are not going to want to leave.

The space was perfect for what I needed. Miguel gave very clear instructions for everything so checking in/out was simple. The neighbors upstairs were in&out a lot but I was still able to sleep just fine. Gated parking lot out back which was comforting. Loved the location, there was a lot to do within walking distance.

The location and view were great! Also having the parking garage was awesome for that location

It was a great location a bunch of restaurants and bars in walking distance. You can see the Indianapolis Motor Speedway out the window. I had accidentally booked it for the day after our trip was supposed to start and I had reached out to host. She responded very quickly and allowed us to change our check in date. This was also very short notice. House was great, the host was great, and would definitely stay again.

We had a fantastic time at the house. There was plenty of room for all 9 of us. Getting over to and back from the IMS was easy. There are also a lot of restaurants within a 10 min drive. Finally, the host was fantastic. We'd definitely stay here again in the future.

We stayed here for a wedding at the Kennedy Estate (which was just around the corner). The house was beautiful, very well cared for, and came with all you need for your stay. There is a dollar general just around the corner for the basic food needs and a Kroger and Aldi about 15 minutes away. We were not too far from Indianapolis either- about 30 minutes to the zoo over there. Check in and check out were simple, and the house was very well organized with helpful tips throughout the house for use of appliances, as well as a welcome binder. If we ever have a wedding out there again we would stay again!

Exactly what we were looking for! Back yard was perfect for my family and dogs. Would definitely visit again!

My wife and I enjoyed our stay here. Tou was very friendly and responsive. The space was clean and spacious.

We were in town for a baseball tournament and stayed with a couple other families. There was plenty to keep the kids entertained and the adults! Mikale was extremely responsive and helpful. This space is exactly as described and we really enjoyed the little touches that truly make this place special.

Nice, quiet and clean single family house for a family of 6. Good deal. We even made a deal for an early morning check with Sophie. Clean kitchen. Sophie was very responsive and available for any questions. Everything was okay. My wife did like the place as well. I will highly recommend it. See you next time again Sophie.

I had an absolutely amazing experience at the Prescott! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The space was immaculately clean, beautifully designed, and had such a calm, welcoming vibe. It felt like a true home away from home. The neighborhood was fantastic—safe, quiet, and full of charm, with great spots to eat and explore nearby. I couldn’t have asked for a better location. Carter was outstanding—clear, friendly communicator who made the check-in process seamless and was always available if I had any questions. His attention to detail and thoughtfulness really made the difference. I would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-tier Airbnb experience!

My friends and I traveled to Indianapolis for the Taylor Swift concert and Ruby's place was close enough to the city for us to travel in for the show, yet far enough from downtown to not be in all the chaos. There were so many wonderful amenities nearby from walking distance coffee shop and not too far groceries and restaurants. Ruby's home was clean and organized - it was the perfect spot for our Swiftie getaway!

Amanda’s place was so clean and nice. The veranda was huge and open. Fabulous area to walk to everything. The condo was so clean and comfortable. Highly recommend

It's in a nice gated community! Private lake that flows into the white river, very beautiful and peaceful! Would definitely stay again for another wknd, also broad ripple has very good restaurants and walking parks, only a couple miles away from the condo. Only one small issue when we first arrived our trash can was full and didn't get emptied until our last day we were there.

The condo was very clean and nicely furnished. I was very comfortable and felt safe in the environment. The neighborhood seemed very family friendly and quiet. I would recommend this condo for anyone wanting to stay in Indy for a short or long visit. ED Estates was very good responding to any questions that I had and being helpful when I could not fit my vehicle in the attached garage due to size. The additional parking was more than sufficient. I will look them up whenever I am in the area and need a place to stay. I really enjoyed my stay.

Christy was a excellent host for their beautiful place. Great location, safe and friendly people around. It was like being on an island paradise of racing in the downtown. Highly recommend and will definitely be back to stay!
