Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Plage du Midi

Great location for the beach and downtown area. Parking a bit tricky but was fine. Terrace is great to have and plenty of space inside.

Our second time here. We still love the location close to beaches for swimming, SUP and kayaking as well as easy to walk to the Croisette or jump on the Palm Bus. The balcony has a very nice & calm view to the sea and will rarely be too hot.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The rooftop terrace was the real star of the show but the house itself was also perfect. Everything looked just like the photos posted. The house is tucked off in a quieter part of Cannes but still walkable to restaurants, shops, etc. We will definitely return.

What a tremendous location! This may have been the most beautiful view we have ever had. We only wish we had longer in Nice! Nico was so helpful and kind. Very gracious host.

Sarah is a perfect landlord and the apt is perfect in both location and views. Recommend it to anyone who would enjoy some days in Antibes!

Really enjoyed our stay here! Lovely large apartment, two bedrooms, modern bathroom, a kitchen with all the mod-cons. Gorgeous 2x outdoor spaces/gardens, it was a home away from home so that we could relax on the evenings after Cannes film festival. Claude was responsive and flexible with us arriving early (while the apartment was being cleaned) so we could drop our bags, get changes and head out for the day. I would return!

Kevin was by far the most thoughtful host I’ve experienced throughout different continents and cultures. He took time to show us around the property, recommend local dining spots, point out the grocery store across the street and their hours, and was overall very welcoming. His property was pristine and super peaceful, with direct beach access and a lovely garden view. We will definitely be back!

Thank you to Christiane and René for their very warm welcome and availability. I had a great stay in the well appointed studio, unfortunately the weather was not there to enjoy the pool. Very well located accommodation, close to the center of Saint Vallier de Thiey, quiet. I'll be back sometime!

Sandra and Mauro are very nice and helpful people. We were immediately taken care of. You can't imagine a better check-in. We were received, everything was explained to us and we felt taken care of and safe. Sandra and Mauro's hospitality has been really great. The rooms were all clean, you had everything you needed and the view from the terrace is overwhelming!

Very pleasant stay in this beautiful house, with a beautiful view of Saint-Paul de Vence. Well-equipped (dishes, appliances, etc.) and comfortable house. Walking distance to the village and amenities. A few kilometers from Nice and Saint-Paul de Vence. We would have liked to extend this great weekend. Thanks to the hosts!

There were three of us in the house in early May 2025 with Celine and Julien. Both are very accommodating and friendly, inquiries were answered promptly. Thanks for both of you. The house is perfectly located for visits to the surrounding villages and towns (Antibes, Cannes, Nice, etc.) as well as for starting long hikes. The pool offers a very nice and gladly used opportunity for refreshment afterwards. The rooms are very nice, the kitchen huge and invites you to cook with friends. We would always love to come again. Fantastic place and hosts! We got in very late (1am) due to delayed flights. Nonetheless the hosts were communicative, friendly, and patient. Greeted us at the gate upon arrival even though it was so late at night. The garden outside is magical. The kids loved playing there, seeing the fish pond and plants and pet rabbit. The location is excellent for walking to a nearby beach club or public beach. It’s also super quiet at night, important for light sleepers like my wife. The place is charming, well set-up, beautifully decorated, a pleasure. Thank you for having us!!

Céline is really nice and helpful! She responds very quickly and is always available. She makes sure everything is perfect and that we lack nothing. The accommodation is very clean and the views are superb. The grocery store just downstairs from the building is super convenient and there are a lot of things. Listing matches photos, usually clean. Just a few old age marks (cabinet door and squeaky shutters). Otherwise the accommodation is in a quiet residence and well placed to reach the city center whether on foot or by car.

We had a great time at Stephane's, the apartment is sublime, located , in a green setting, with high-end services. Super quiet ideal for a good rest after a day of getaway. Ideally located, you are a short drive from downtown Saint Raphael . We stayed a little week and took the coastal road to get to Nice and Monaco , what a pleasure , breathtaking landscapes, there is no to say the Var is the most beautiful department in France 😍😍 We warmly thank Stéphane for the quality of our exchanges and the kindness accorded to our two four-legged companions who accompany us during our holiday. We'll be happy to come back to Stéphane's place to enjoy the beautiful pool 👍
