I've stayed at many air bnb's and this is my favorite. The house is inviting, warm, beautiful and comfortable. It provided a wonderful environment to rest and renew. The kitchen is filled with light and looks out onto the yard which is green and host to lovely birds and bird song. The patio was also inviting and comfy for a meal or to sit with a cup of tea/glass of wine and unwind or read a book. The neighborhood is vibrant, safe and within easy walking distance to downtown. The host Louisa has paid attention to every detail to ensure an easy and very comfortable stay. i highly recommend!!!

This is our second time staying in The Farmhouse, and our 5th or 6th time booking with Ginny. This property is very relaxing, we brought our three dogs and they loved the backyard. The house was clean and organized. We enjoyed breakfast on the farmers porch. The hot tub was nice. It’s a quick drive to downtown NoHo, Florence and EastHampton. So much to do in this area. We highly recommend.

A great place for a girls getaway. Very comfortable, homey, and quiet. Plenty of window air conditioners to offset the age of the house on a warm day and ample parking for everyone. The sauna was a great addition!

We were very comfortable and felt very home like at Brodys place. The muffins were delicious and the house was clean and comfortable. Would be best suited for a family with younger children. Two bedrooms with one bedroom has a queen bed and one bedroom has bunk beds. The yard was manicured very nicely and we felt welcome. Wish we could have spent a little more time and enjoyed the outdoor space more. Bedrooms are on the second story. Recommend to anyone who needs a place to stay in this neck of the woods. There was a bit of a plumbing problem which wasn't the owners fault at all. We hope it all worked out.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was quiet, the beds were very comfortable, and we were grateful for the central air since we arrived during a heat wave. We cooked a lot in the spacious kitchen and found the bathrooms very clean. We did have a small leak issue and the host responded immediately and addressed the situation, was very communicative and proactive, and provided a generous discount. Exactly what you want in an Airbnb host. I would recommend this place!

Peter and the apartment were great! Peter was super responsive, friendly, and had nice touches like homemade granola with milk and coffee provided. After my original AirBNB fell through at check-in at 6pm, I was relieved (and saved) by Peter’s responsiveness.

We had such a great stay! The house was incredibly comfortable—spacious, peaceful, and beautifully maintained. It felt private and tucked away, but was still just minutes from family on Christian Lane and so many fun local spots. The yard and gardens were absolutely lovely. We visited Tree House Brewery for amazing beer and pizza, made a stop at Tom’s Hot Dogs, and couldn’t resist a trip to Yankee Candle. It was the perfect mix of cozy, quiet, and convenient. We’d absolutely love to come back!

Barbara and Chad's place is even more pleasant that described in the reviews we saw beforehand. The surroundings are beautiful with the mountains and meadows in plain site and a very functional, elevated back deck shaded by trees. The area around is full of natural beauty and quaint western Mass towns. The interior space is bright and airy, very clean, up to date, and cheery. The kitchen is spacious and super-functional with everything guests would need to make their own meals and a huge fridge. The bedrooms are pleasant and spacious, with several additional touches such as ceiling fans that make them that much more comfortable. Overall, this is a fantastic get-away location in all respects. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to booking with Barbara and Chad again in the future.

Amazing stay at Richards. It is like the photographs and so much more. Richard was friendly and helpful and enjoyed sharing his home, sculptures and gardens with others. The apartment is beautiful and peaceful and a great getaway. He has put so much love and energy into his home and property and we are so lucky to be able to enjoy it also. I look forward to returning. A nice escape into the country side of western mass but still close to so many adorable small towns, farms, Northampton and fun little back roads.!!!

We enjoyed our stay here. It was peaceful and quiet. Heard the birds in the morning and enjoyed looking out onto the flowers growing. Having a clean and private place to retreat to is important to me while traveling and this was exactly as described.

It was a perfect place for what we needed. I’m a foodie and a cook, so having a kitchen with the basics is a must. It was almost there! I had wanted to make bacon for breakfast but no pans were suitable size. I sautéed chicken for the three of us in the sauce pan and sort of made it all work. Fortunately I brought a mixing bowl buecause there were no bowls to make a dinner salad in. Everything else was great!

Pacers Pasture is on a quiet road giving it a cute country experience in a great small town. The space has an amazing unfenced yard which was great for the dogs. Easy access inside with key entry, and we loved the door entry being toward the back of house for added privacy. The house has very comfortable linens, tons of parking, and the hottest water ever - which was perfect after a cold day adventuring. Aaron provides toiletries, some nice kitchen basics likes spices and teas/coffee, fast wifi-TV streaming, and a cozy space perfect for relaxing. Bonus points for being tastefully decorated and not overly cluttered. Would stay again!

A Perfect Stay at Elisa's! Elisa's place was absolutely magical! Located in a charming yet convenient resort, this beautifully designed space instantly felt like home. Her communication was warm and helpful, and her local recommendations led us to hidden gems throughout the area. The spotless cleanliness and private garden oasis for morning coffee or evening drinks made everything perfect. This place represents exceptional value—not just accommodation but an experience connecting you to the local community.

Yulia's place was the perfect spot for a Memorial Day weekend getaway. Was even great for an infant! It was comfy and cozy! Loved the patisserie downstairs and the town. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time staying at Paul’s place! We had easy access to the mountain for skiing. It was wonderful to have a ski locked to store our stuff outside of the room. In addition to the wonderful accommodation our kids loved the indoor/outdoor pool after a long day on the slopes. Highly recommend Paul and his accommodation!!!

It was such an easy check in and check out process. He let us check in an hour early since we arrived earlier. Place is spacious and exactly as described. Highly recommend!
