Monthly Rentals in Pikeville

Teresa was an amazing hostess and her home is in a peaceful and beautiful area!

We had a wonderful time here and Monica was quick to respond and make sure we had everything we need🙂

We found this place while looking for something near Fall Creek Falls state park. It was perfect! The long private lane to the house blocked all road traffic (not that there was much anyway). The horses coming up to the fence just feet away from the house was one of the reasons I chose this house. My kids also loved fishing in the pond. Covered front and back porch! The sunset our first night was breathtaking. We were all sad to go! It worked great for our kids for sleeping with the couch and large sectional. No blinds or curtains on the windows so they were awake with the sun. lol! At home that wouldn’t work, but it was fine for here. The grill was clean and worked well. Overall we can’t wait to go back. We were 15-20 minutes away from the park one way and from Pikeville the other direction. Pikeville had the Buttered Dish that was really good. We had to get it to go because of their hours but nice restaurant.

I booked Cliffside for our 39th wedding anniversary. It far exceeded our expectations! The attention to detail was amazing and all the boxes were checked for a long weekend stay! The view was unbelievable! If you’re looking for a getaway I highly recommend! Penelope and Mark were so nice and personable and we enjoyed meeting their new family (puppy) Finley. Looking forward to a place to get away from it all? Look no further than Cliffside and Penelope and Mark!
