Monthly Rentals in Phan Thiet Beach

My girlfriend and I stayed here for two months. I'm glad we stayed here, it was a tropical paradise, but there were a few annoyances. The Good: -The place is beautiful, the porch and yard are a wonderful private park like setting. Morning coffee on the porch watching the birds and squirrels and listening to the waves was a delight -We really appreciated the small espesso machine, and laundry in the unit. Plenty of soap and shampoo, water provided every week. Cold AC and hot showers -It's near the Ham Tien market and a small supermarket. Dong Vui, Chez Oanha, and Gin coffee were our favorite nearby restaurants. The bad -It doesn't stay clean as the thatched roof results in a lot of dust/debris, insects, and geckos(poop) -The doors and windows don't have a good seal, or screens and so we always had a few mosquito bites. -Neighborhood noises(yelling, karaoke, honking) easily go through the thatched roof. I'm a wingfoiler but there were too many boats/nets to easily launch from here.

I just had the opportunity to stay at Hai An's Home Phan Thiet and really feel very satisfied. The space here is extremely clean, airy and exquisitely decorated, making it homey. The host is friendly, enthusiastic, quick to support any questions from booking to check-out. In particular, I am very impressed with the thoughtfulness in every small detail – from fragrant towels, soft mattress beds to fully equipped kitchen. The location of the homestay is also very convenient, close to the sea and famous dining and play spots in Phan Thiet. In the morning it is possible to walk to the sea to watch the sunrise, in the evening to rest quietly after an exploring day. If you are looking for a resort that is both comfortable and close to home, Hai An's Home is a must-visit. I will definitely be back next time!

Huyen is nice & very helpful when we need anything, she also friendly too, but unfortunately, her housekeeper which her name was Ngan. She seemed unhappy, and was not happy to welcoming customers. The way she spoke made you feel very uncomfortable. I would recommend the host to improve on this point. Besides that, everything perfect & I would recommend Huyen’s place and come back for my future trip!

Excellent choice of stay. Hai Duyen is extremely supportive and friendly. The house is located in the suburban area, takes around 15 minutes to get to the central. However, everything else, especially the vibe it gives off and how convenient it is definitely worth a stay.
