Very nice, as good as new apartment. Tastefully furnished, the kitchen equipment is top. Even the little things, that you always forget, like garbage bags and dishwasher tabs, were available and easy to find. Utility room with cleaning supplies and facilities for storing glass and paper waste, small but nice balcony with a side view of Lake Schwerin and the castle. Easily accessible location even if you don't have a car. You can even walk from the train station in less than half an hour and still enjoy a beautiful, varied route. Alternative bicycle: Large, lockable bicycle room in the house available, next possibility to rent e-bikes just 5 minutes away on foot. We liked the apartment.

Unfortunately, we only spent one night in Linu's apartment but it was really great! We felt very comfortable right away and the four of us enjoyed a nice time in the apartment and in Schwerin! Thanks Linus! We would come back. ❤️😊

We felt like at home. Very cozy apartment with everything you need. In a few minutes you can be in the old town and also quickly at Schwerin Castle. The parking space on the premises is great. We will be happy to come back and fully recommend the apartment.

The apartment was within walking distance of the train station. The location was very quiet. For a stay in Schwerin, I highly recommend the apartment. We felt very comfortable for the 3 days. There is also a folder with tips for excursions, etc. I found it very good. We will be happy to come back.
