Monthly Rentals in Pérez Zeledón

Thanks to this place, we found some much needed relief from the many stays of our travels. Nicely up, up and away, with a great view, and fresh breezes, the casa is in a nice neighbourhood by the road to El Hoyon school, only a two minute walk away. You can walk down the hill in order to catch a bus but there is a bus route to and from Centro that comes right by the stop at the escuela entrance every two hours, and takes only 15 minutes to get there or back. (Central Mercado is where to catch the bus home. Same stop as the Rivas bus at central mercado.) Both Jorge and Carmen are wonderful hosts! In gratitude for your offering.

Absolutely amazing place! Everything was spotless, cozy, and beautifully set up with an incredible view. It felt just like home—with all the appliances you could need, plus extra sheets and blankets, all organized and squeaky clean with no clutter in sight.Leandro was incredibly kind and helpful, and communication was smooth from start to finish. One of our favorite parts was the easy self-check-in, which made everything feel relaxed and comfortable.Rose, the lovely lady who takes care of the property, was so sweet and generous—she even gifted us some fresh oranges and bananas!I recommend this place 200%! This was the perfect location for being surrounded by nature while being close to the beach and conveniences of town. Joe’s place was clean and comfortable. The view is spectacular. Definitely will be back.
