We had a great time. Linda was very responsive and helpful. Messaged us early that morning offering early check in for whenever due to our cabin being ready, making our schedule really flexible for coming into town

This is a nicely built out 20 foot shipping container with a stellar AC unit. The kitchen and bathroom are clean and functional. The pull out bed is actually comfy and clean. This is a great place to get a look at RV living, as it's an rv park with full timers. Was friendly and folks mind their own business. Not sure if there are walking trails, most the stuff along the river is no trespassing. Was a nice easy getaway place for a campfire. Brought my own small grill. Would go again. Good coffee machine and coffee. Kitchen is stocked with dishes and silverware. Microwave works good.

Very peaceful and private area. Rhonda went above and beyond for us to ensure our stay had all the things we needed along with being very responsive and helpful. The game room was a great addition to the property and kept us entertained! The house is clean and has all the basic essentials you’d for your stay.

We had a quick stay when visiting the Arbor Day Farm and Treetop Adventure in Nebraska City. The room was accommodating and just what we needed for our visit!
