Beautiful restoration of traditional Italian home . Very cosy and wonderful

We stayed in the Villa at the end of April. The place is beautiful, surrounded by nature, quiet, with a beautiful garden that surrounds the house. About a km there are bakers, supermarket, butcher, all the shops you can serve. Lorena was fantastic, you helped us with everything, both to find a restaurant for Easter and as a guide to the various sites to visit. The house has every comfort, two living areas, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor, a kitchen with a table of 8. The house is about an hour from Rimini for those who love the sea. For those who want to visit the cities of art less than 45 minutes away are: San Leo, San Marino, Urbino, Urbania. Wonderful stay, thanks again Lorena.

The 200-year-old house, renovated to modern standards, stands on city walls from the 15th century. It has a great historical and cozy atmosphere. It is wonderfully cozy, the kitchen is very well equipped, the bed is very comfortable. Luca surprised us with fruit, cakes, vegetables, drinks, limoncello, pasta and more. We wouldn't have had to shop for several days. 3 wonderful terraces overlooking the Apennines awaited us. The design of the rooms is based on history, but is also modern and practical. Thank you for the gift! Pennabilli itself is fantastic: art, nature, culture, restaurants, bars and small shops. Pure "modernized" Middle Ages. Communicating with Luca was a pleasure. We will come back, no question, and can highly recommend this accommodation to all couples. Thank you for everything, Elisa and Luca!

The apartment is in the very heart of Novafeltria, so shops, cafés etc. are at walking distance. The church is practically next to the house, which means the ringing of the church bells can be heard inside. The place looks very nice, though, with beautiful, old furniture. Lorenza was a wonderful host: friendly, helpful and responsive. She also gave me tips on places to visit in the surrounding area.
