We absolutely love the accommodation provided by Van - spacious, clean, and fully equipped. The terrace and courtyard are both so delightful! It’s very convenient to walk to Brown from here, and the surrounding environment is comfortable and quiet. Most importantly, Van’s communication with us has been timely and thoughtful - we can say he’s the most considerate host we’ve encountered in all our years using Airbnb! We will definitely be back!

The place was easy to find, clean, and Luis had left clear instructions for check in and check out. Would definitely stay again if I am in the area.

Really great building with all listed amenities. Great flat with all the necessities and comfortable as can be while traveling. Really prime location in the heart of the town with easily walkable destinations all around.

Iris place was perfect for our group, the apartment was exactly as described, freshly painted , clean and all amenities we were looking for. Iris is a very gracious host and we will be back for sure next time we will visit providence. Thank you Iris for hosting us .

We absolutely loved this place! Sarah keeps it perfectly clean and open. we had everything we needed. The TV was easy, the bed was outrageously comfortable, and we enjoyed cooking and relaxing. We will definitely be going back the next time we are in Providence.

Scott was an amazing host, incredibly responsive and personable. This loft is in a very unique location, but the resident spaces are separated from the “mall” below and are secure and safe. The loft was pristine and perfect for a weekend in Providence. Whole small, it’s well appointed with plenty of linens, cozy blankets, lots of closet space, and just enough kitchen for snacks and cocktails! It’s perfectly located for access to tons of bars and restaurants, RISD, Waterfire, etc. Parking in the lot on Pine Street behind the Hampton in was easy and relatively affordable. Would definitely book again!

As a returning guest, I so appreciate when Nicole’s apartment is available. I look forward to it first! It is like coming to a favorite home away from home.

Brian was a great host, he was flexible and quick to respond. The home was nice and comfortable. There was a small issue with one of the bathrooms but no big deal. I brought to his attention just for awareness and he was apologetic. We enjoyed the home. I cook alot and the kitchen had what i needed except for things to use in oven and kitchen towels but otherwise well stocked. Great stay

We had a beautiful time! Fresh and clean home with all the amenities, even stuff you wouldn't think of. It was like our home away from home. Attentive host, easy to get to. Even had an earlier check in which made our trip even more enjoyable! Definitely would stay with Richard again!

This home is perfect for large groups who want to be together while having the space to spread out and find privacy when needed. It was clean and comfortable, and the owners were responsive and helpful. We were in town for graduation and it was just what we needed!

Three of us stayed here during reunion. Very nice, cozy place. At the end of a street, so very tranquil. The house is comfortably furnished and well stocked. The hosts are very sweet and super responsive - they would even have brought us doughnuts, but we declined. Snacks and some basics in the fridge when we got in. Very nice tv in the living room with Roku. Highly recommend.

Jean’s house was perfect for our stay in Providence. The home is in a quiet, friendly neighborhood and is a convenient walk to restaurants, bakeries, and shops. The interior is cozy, and all three bedrooms are located on separate floors allowing for privacy for the occupants. Check in and checkout were extremely convenient, and Jean’s responses were always friendly and speedy. I highly recommend the Carriage House for a comfortable and convenient stay in Providence.

Richard was a great host. We stayed at the historic home as part of our Reunion weekend at Brown. Gathering by the enormous fire place over coffee was a highlight. It was a cold and rainy weekend, but the backyard was lovely

Felicia's place was wonderful, well designed and felt very cozy. You pull right up to the front door that helps you avoid street parking on the narrow road. She prepared a lovely basket to welcome us to the home, with snacks and a bottle of prosecco to celebrate. I was very pleased with her communication and thoughtfulness; there is a ton of amenities in the home, a fully stocked kitchen and bathroom and lots of recommendations for things to do. A beautiful space and person.

We had a great experience at Yosefa's place! From Yosefa being a friendly & responsive host to the home's cleanliness, unique & fun decor, ease of check in, & accessibility to many good coffee shops & restaurants, we couldn't have asked for more. This location also made for a great home base to explore other nearby locations of interest & coastal towns. Highly recommend & would stay here again!

This place was great! It was wonderful to stay in such a historic building. The apartment was very clean and tidy, the check-in/check-out instructions were very easy, and the host also provided suggestions for nearby restaurants. I definitely recommend this place!

We rented Kathi's place for our girls trip to Newport! It was plenty big and spacious to comfortably accommodate our group of 5. The best part is the prime location! Couldn't have asked for a better one - the Bodhi spa is right across the street, good restaurants that we could just walk to, plenty of shopping on the street. Kathi was always very responsive and even gave us early check-in, which we truly appreciated. Having free parking is a bonus on Thames St, you know if you have ever been to Newport! Overall we all had a fabulous time. Thanks Kathi.

We stayed at Liliane’s townhouse/apartment for my best friend’s bachelorette party and it was truly just wonderful. It is in the absolute most perfect location close to shopping, great restaurants and fun places for night life! We were able to walk everywhere. The apartment itself was clean, spacious and beautiful. The rooftop terrace was my favorite part as well as the comfortable beds. Check in was super easy and I felt very safe. 10/10 recommend staying here if you are looking for a place to stay in Newport! I couldn’t have chosen a better place! The hosts are super friendly too.

I cannot recommend Kelly’s place highly enough! Truly the perfect getaway spot. Close to everything and if you just want to relax you feel very much at home!

This was a great place. We found it cozy and comfortable. It is in an older, quaint neighborhood within shouting distance to Brown University. There are plenty of restaurants and things to see within walking distance. Providence is a cool town.

Pros: This place was amazing. It has 3 large bedrooms: 1 king, 1 queen, 2 twins. It fully sleeps 6 vs many places say they do cramming people onto double beds, sleeper sofas and couches. But these were all very comfortable beds with lots of space in the rooms. Great kitchen and living room. 2 large bathrooms. Cons: It's 2/3 below the sidewalk and is on a corner, so there is definitely street noise, so bring ear plugs. We were so happy with this place and I would definitely stay there again and recommend highly!
