Brian was a great host, he was flexible and quick to respond. The home was nice and comfortable. There was a small issue with one of the bathrooms but no big deal. I brought to his attention just for awareness and he was apologetic. We enjoyed the home. I cook alot and the kitchen had what i needed except for things to use in oven and kitchen towels but otherwise well stocked. Great stay

My large family group, including a somewhat disabled mother-in-law, appreciated the stay as we celebrated a son's graduation! It did get cozy when the entire group was present but we all fit and the beds/couches were clean and comfortable! It was so nice to be able to get together with family at this very special occasion. Thomas was a very accomodating host. There is a large condo complex next door but very quiet. The street neighborhood is quiet and lovely! We enjoyed the lighthouse view!

The house was perfect to stay at for a wedding weekend. Close enough to walk to second beach for those that don’t mind a short walk on a busy road. The house had everything we needed and more and was extremely spacious and private.

We had a lovely time at Jason's place for two nights. It is in a wonderful part of RI with great beaches and towns. The house was clean and very comfortable. Jason is an excellent communicator and gave very clear instructions for getting in, as well as managing there. Thank you, Jason!

Stayed here one night with our two small kids and we felt right at home. Such a cute, rustic vibe. You can tell the owners have put a lot of thought into the place. Had access to everything we needed. The power went out briefly due to an issue in town and they were super responsive, ready to hook up the generator if needed. They were also flexible with check out, which helped us a lot. Would definitely stay here again if in the Newport area!

Both humans and canine loved this place. The rooms were a good size. Both the bathroom and the kitchen had adequate supplies and equipment and were well maintained. I especially appreciated the couch protectors so we could be comfortable about letting dog rest on the couch. Tom contacted us during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. His wife came over shortly after we arrived to help us figure out how to work the TV. Oakland Beach is at the end of the road and the streets in the neighborhood are very walk-able. This place was perfect for us.

A beautiful home in a peaceful neighborhood. I loved hearing the birds sing in the morning! Lots to do within the home, and very short ride to the city. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking for a home vibe! Also, lots of art on display and plenty of books to read. Thank you for the hospitality!

Great rental with awesome coastal decor in the quaint setting of historic downtown Bristol. House was exactly as presented, immaculate, and comfortable. Parking is an issue unless you have a compact car. Truly enjoyed our stay and definitely would recommend to others.

Shael is a wonderful host! Very responsive and friendly. The private pool is lovely. We thoroughly enjoyed it! There were plenty of towels and even some inflatable pool toys in the backyard shed. The kitchen is stocked with every tool and gadget imaginable. Beds were very comfortable.

We got married at a venue about 15 minutes away so we stayed here with our bridal party and the size was perfect. Everyone slept comfortably, we still had plenty of space. The neighborhood is quiet and the location is still close enough for us to enjoy exploring Sturbridge. Michael was responsive and honest with any question I asked!

My husband and I had a lovely stay in this listing over Memorial Day weekend. The home itself and particularly the view were even more beautiful than pictured. Elena is a fantastic host - flexible, accommodating, and always quick to respond to any request. The adorable town of Warren, which is a few minutes drive away, boasts countless restaurants, bars, art galleries, boutiques, and more. I could not more highly recommend this home for couples, families, or groups of friends looking for a fantastic waterfront getaway.

The house was perfect for our family, loved that the Master bedroom was separate from the others. Short walk to the ocean and Restaurants. Would definitely rent this home again.

The check-in process was so smooth and finding the place was super easy! The house was absolutely gorgeous and accommodating for us to stay the night. We wished we could have stayed to enjoy the amenities that were part of the campground! The location was perfect for us to be able to go to our concert the night of check in! We will definitely be back in our future travels!

Steve's place was amazing. The carriage house was gorgeous, comfortable, and a wonderful space for our long weekend! We were just a close drive to Providence, where we needed to be most of the weekend. I would stay there again!

5 Stars – A Perfect Stay in the Heart of Federal Hill! Staying at Diane’s place was an absolute dream! The space was spotless, beautifully maintained, and full of historic charm that made it feel both cozy and special. Located right above Venda Ravioli—one of the best spots for authentic Italian food in all of New England—you truly can’t beat the location. Federal Hill is already known for its vibrant culture and incredible dining, but being able to walk downstairs and grab fresh pasta, espresso, or a world-class meal was a next-level experience. Diane clearly puts a lot of thought and care into the space. Every detail felt considered, from the decor to the amenities. I can’t recommend this place highly enough for anyone visiting Providence. Whether you're a foodie, a history lover, or just someone looking for a clean, beautiful place to stay—this is it.

Iris place was perfect for our group, the apartment was exactly as described, freshly painted , clean and all amenities we were looking for. Iris is a very gracious host and we will be back for sure next time we will visit providence. Thank you Iris for hosting us .

Stayed at Rohan’s place for Brown Graduation. We had a large group so much better than multiple hotel rooms. The property manager met us and helped us get in. There are stairs which were a bit of a challenge for older members of our group, but everyone navigated it fine. Nice drive down Hope/Blackstone to Brown campus. Special bonus: we got to see a Rhode Island Football Club game! And made friends at the Cape Verdian restaurant on the corner. Overall great weekend.

The house is outstanding, well stocked and extremely relaxing. Mehdi is an excellent host, he worked with us to make changes to reservation, added an extra TV to the bedroom. The mattress is so comfortable. All you need when you arrive is your clothes. There were nice surprises as well. The bathroom floor is heated. Better than any 5 star hotel. The view is mesmerizing. We make this trip often, now have found our home. Looking forward to another stay soon. Thank you for all your patience with me during the trip date changes.

Host is so responsive and helpful. The place is very clean and has everything you need. Pull out couch was very comfortable. Cute place and good price. Neighborhood is still in transition so not as much around as downtown for kids. But for a couple it would be fine. Would recommend this place if going to Providence.

Great location - quick walk to lots of great shops and restaurants. The place was immaculate, bedding was comfortable, parking was easy, the host was highly responsive and check in and out were seamless. Would love to stay again next time we are in town!

We really enjoyed our stay here. It’s on the smaller side, but we didn’t need much space so it worked well for us (me, my partner, and our 5mo old). Location is cute and convenient. Parking is awesome. My ONLY complaint is that I wasn’t a huge fan of the bed. I’m a person that likes a softer mattress, the bed was pretty firm. But that’s more of just a preference thing, not necessarily quality! We had a wonderful time and would definitely book this Airbnb again.
