Monthly Rentals in Patriasdorf

I highly recommend Zuegg Suiten to stay in if you are visiting Lienz (there are multiple available!). The apartment we stayed in was well kept, modern and right in the centre of town. There is a good amount of space for two people (and a small child like us). You do have to walk up a couple flights of stairs to access the apartment as it is the converted attic. There is a great bakery just below the entrance and the main part/restaurants are a stones throw away. Overall, a nice place to relax with all the things you need.

Host Christine was always available, a very positive, fun and open person. A flexible check-in and check-out. We all felt right at home. A sparkling clean apartment, WELL maintained, high-quality kitchen utensils, bathroom is completely renovated and very clean. We were welcomed with sweets and drinks. Christine is a super host, always looking for everything. The location is GREAT, there is a direct free bus to the Zettersfeldbahn lift. In the basement there is a possibility to leave the skis/ shoes etc. in a separate room. Price-performance is really great. We will definitely come more often, also for hiking and weekend trip, as there is still a small garden with sun loungers and a small pond. In short, just beautiful.

We loved our stay! Our hosts were exceptional, friendly, helpful, and discreet. We felt right at home. The apartment is very comfortable and well-equipped. The view of the mountains from the apartment was fantastic. The location is perfect for shopping and also for visiting Italy, which is nearby. The town of Lienz offers all amenities and is a pleasant place to explore. We would love to come back. 5*
