Monthly Rentals in Parcent

Great location especially for cyclists as close to all of the calpe rides and climbs. Lovely apartmrnt in central location for bars and restaurants and supermarket literally 200m away. Softest towels I have ever experienced in an AirBnb!!! Pedro was a great host. Very proactive and friendly.

It was a fantastic stay right close to the town of Parcent and many biking trails right outside the door. The grounds were large and beautifully kept, the home was lovely and very comfortable. We would stay here again. L’Era restaurant, walking distance had some of the best wood fired Paella we have had in Spain. Locals were friendly and a excellent bike bar/rentals in town, as well as a bakery to walk to in the mornings.

This is the second time we stayed at this property. We found it very clean and modern. The village is very quiet at night and very scenic during the day. Brilliant blackout blinds. The local shop is just a short walk away. It was a little cold at night, but the heating warms the house up quickly and the duvets are very cosy. We would definitely stay here again.

The house is wonderful. In a natural setting, surrounded by mountains. It was exactly what we were looking for to disconnect and feel nature. Francesc is an exceptional host, friendly and attentive to us being in his house as best as possible. I can only highly recommend staying at Francesc's house
