The accommodation is just like the photos, very comfortable and quiet. The service was excellent both at check-in and at check-out. He was very attentive to us and his very affectionate and very nice dogs. Recommended 100%.

The gardens were a wonderfully peaceful respite. It was like taking a vacation while on vacation. The room was great, as described, and even had a dehumidifier available. The property is away from the city (we were able to Uber in and out of the city without too much issue - just a delay in finding a driver one night. We loved exploring and having our morning coffee in the gardens. We didn’t meet Phil, and we weren’t able to get a gate opener for our stay, but it worked out OK with two of us (one to drive the car and the other to get out and operate the gate).

Great stay for a night leaving to Tortugeuro. David was very responsive and helpful. The car barely fitted down the steep ramp but in the end it was not a big issue to get out. The stay was great and the view was amazing.

Absolutely amazing place! Comfortable, modern, and high-tech — so clean you could eat off the floor. I had restful sleeps and and super productive work sessions. The shower was strong, warm, and never failed. Cristofer is a truly special person: friendly, enthusiastic, fully dedicated to his role as host, and a joy to chat with! He traveled everywhere as a digital nomad and understand all the hardship of this lifestyle. The location is authentic and quiet, hidden at the end of a road on a local family property, a 5-minute walk to Club Los Jaules where you'll find the BEST GYM EVER set in a natural environment. There's a local bus that takes you to Coronado, a charming town with cheap food spots and friendly locals (much better than San José center IMO). As a solo female traveler, I felt completely safe, even coming back late at night.
