Short drive to Bayfair Shopping Mall and Dining Precinct and close to Baypark and Arena. The perfect spot for couples wanting a getaway or people travelling for business.

Modern Hide-away

Recently renovated guest suite with fresh, bright, modern decor, own bathroom, separate entrance, parking and lovely hosts. There is a queen bed and a sofa-bed (size of a 'double' bed). Coffee and tea making is available, as well as a small fridge/microwave (not a full kitchen). We also have high-speed WiFi with Netflix/Disney+/Prime video. We're in a nice, quiet, safe neighbourhood on a back section with parking available. Section isn't fenced so if you bring a dog just be aware of that :)

Wainui River Glamping

A cute private glamping set-up nestled in the trees alongside the Wainui River. Here, you'll have a well-equipped outdoor kitchen with power, a cosy cabin with a comfy queen-sized bed, a hot outdoor shower and bath. Explore the beautiful Wainui river on our two-person kayak or curl up with a book and do absolutely nothing at all. There are also plenty of hikes in the area. Pets (inc horses) are welcome. Just a few minutes walk to the beach, cafes, restaurants, bars, supermarket and Bayfair Shopping Centre - This little home is in a fantastic and convenient location. Dogs welcome with plenty of room to run around in the private, fully-fenced backyard. Fully stocked home with everything needed to make your stay a comfortable one. Property has one off-street carpark for guest use, with plenty more on-street parking available.

The Little Bach on Percy

Lovely quiet and spacious one room studio. Perfect for couples, business travellers or small groups. Stand alone with its own entrance, is fully fenced and private. Kitchen equipped for you to prepare simple meals with a hot plate and benchtop convection oven, coffee machine, tea and milk. Quiet neighbourhood with little traffic noise at night. Very close to the beach with easy walk to beach across a reserve. You are welcome to bring your family dog if they are good with cats.

The bach is located next door to our property and is perfect for a couple or small family . Modern decor, warm, sunny and across the road from Papamoa beach. Dogs are welcome and section is fully fenced. Home away from home with Wifi, Sky TV, Netflix. Full facilities including oven, m/wave, dishwasher, washing machine. A smallish space but very functional and also has double shower . Papamoa Plaza is only 1 minute drive away and short drive to Mercury Baypark, Bayfair and The Mount

Peaceful cabin in a rural setting.

This bright, airy and peaceful cabin is a converted section of a dutch barn set in a lovely little garden surrounded by willow trees. There are great walks from the doorstep; around the estuary, which is just over the road, and beyond via the Omokoroa Cycleway. Further up the driveway you'll find the paddock with our two alpacas and a bubbling brook running through it. The cabin includes a kitchen with small oven, single induction hob and microwave. Fast wifi is included.

Come stay & play one block back from Papamoa Beach! This sun drenched house is set back from the road on a quiet street where you can relax & escape to the beach. This house is ideally located on the fringe of the Coast Shops (Fresh Choice Supermarket, Cafe, Gastropub) at the beginning of Papamoa. The indoor/ outdoor flow is an entertainers dream. The living areas & kitchen are north facing opening out onto 2 separate sunny decks surrounded by tropical garden.
