What a relaxing beachfront getaway. Completely worth it. The sound of the waves at night was so relaxing. Walkable to a couple restaurants and shops. Fantastic location, lovely host.

We had the most wonderful stay at Lisa & Rob’s and highly recommend!! Location is perfect - right across from the beach and short walk to cafe’s & shops. We stayed at this beautiful holiday home in Papamoa over King’s Birthday weekend while attending the Golden Gloves competition in Tauranga, where we had two fighters competing. Both came away with well-deserved wins, making it an incredibly special and memorable trip for all of us. The home itself was exactly what we needed — comfortable, quiet, and relaxing. It gave our athletes the perfect space to reset and properly rest between weigh-ins and bouts, which played a big part in their performance. The location was great, the amenities were spot-on, and the overall atmosphere made us feel right at home. Thank you for providing such a peaceful and well-kept space — we would definitely love to be back for future comps!

Catherine's place exceeded all expectations. The space itself was incredibly roomy, making it perfect for relaxing, spending time with others, or just enjoying some quiet downtime. There were plenty of things to do, which kept everyone entertained throughout the stay—whether it was exploring the surroundings or enjoying the pool, reading books and playing the piano. What really stood out, though, was Catherine's hospitality. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, leaving a handwritten note and some thoughtful snacks for us to enjoy upon arrival. It's those personal touches that really make a difference and show how much she cares about her guests’ experience. Everything about the stay was smooth, comfortable, and enjoyable. I honestly can’t think of a single downside. I’d wholeheartedly recommend Catherine’s place to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-hosted getaway.

Don’t hesitate to book Donna’s place!! We booked a long weekend away to unplug and relax, while also wanting to explore the local area, and it served everything we were looking for on our trip and more. Donna’s place is secluded, peaceful, has stunning views, and was incredibly comfortable. It was still close enough (approx 20min drive) to beautiful beaches and restaurants if you’re looking to go out and about too. The reviews that say that photos can’t do the place justice were spot on. The house was spacious and luxurious with great amenities. Donna was a wonderful host, she was very helpful and left great recommendations on what to do nearby. Can’t recommend this place highly enough!

The flat is conveniently located near a lot of shopping and restaurants. The back of the apartment complex has direct access to the beach. We had a great stay.

The apartment was perfect. Good underground parking. Close to the venue we were attending. Just a couple of minutes walk to the city centre and restaurants. Very quiet. Arihia and Char were excellent hosts.

Great spot! Close to main beach or Pilot Bay and trail up mountain. Easy to walk to shopping and grocery store, or get dinner on the main strip. Comfortable and clean and great natural light.

The Airbnb was really handy to the city so we were able to walk to Eat Street for a meal and not have to worry about drink driving. The apartment was very roomy and very clean. Good bed linen too. It’s a quiet street, no real,road noise which was nice.

We had a very nice time in a very vibrant part of town a little noisy but fun, it is an apartment so not all rooms have windows and our host was fun and very friendly

Excellent location. Close to everything. Clean and tidy, well lived in, apartment. Very small 2nd bedroom (office size) straight off the lounge. Perfect for us though, we enjoyed our stay. Brooke was a great- excellent comms.
