We had a very enjoyable stay at Jane's place. Set in a very peaceful location. A short walk to the shopping centre and a short drive to the Mount. Easy check-in. Instructions were detailed and easy to follow. A very comfortable home. Would recommend.

Great space and sunny location. Modern, clean and warm, with beautiful outdoor space for our toddler to explore. Beds extremely comfy with luxury feel bedding (even took note of the pillows so I could buy some). Playground around the corner and walking distance to Taupo. Enjoyed our stay, thank you.

Second stay here, heater was on when i arrived so house was beautifully warm. Lovely and peaceful and well set up so homely and comfortable.

A neat and tidy cottage in a nice area not far from town. A little small on the inside but good for an overnight stay. The bed is super comfy and cozy and the facilities are great. Being dog friendly is a great option and very well catered for. We enjoyed our stay! Thank you 🤩

We loved our stay here! The view was incredible and it was so quiet! There was practically no light pollution so we had great star gazing. We were far enough from town that we didn’t hear cars but close enough that it was easy to get to any destination we wanted. One of our top Airbnb locations!

Thoroughly enjoyed our weekend stay. Three couples and room for more. Two lounges, pool table, five bedrooms, spotlessly clean. Shortcut to the Lake/town via Belvedere Grove for those walking.

Had a lovely stay here. House was clean, tidy and had everything we needed. Bed was comfortable, nice sheets and towels. Great to be able to bring our dog with us, fully fenced garden was perfect. Lots of board games, books and things to keep us busy on the rainy days. Tanya was lovely and met us at the door, we were given a tour and all the info we needed, including a quick rundown on the local restaurants and shops. Location was very good, close to everything but far enough away to be quiet. We appreciated being able to put the car in the garage as well. Would definitely recommend staying here 😊

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The place was beautifully decorated, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. We especially loved the pool—it was the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The hosts were fantastic—friendly, responsive, and made sure everything was just right. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Quirky fun layout. Very practical & roomy enough for 9 guests. The kids loved that the pool was available even though it was Easter weekend. Roszarri was very helpful and welcoming.

Atiamurphy is one of the best AirBNB places we have stayed at. Service provided, Host Communication and the Location, is perfect, for me at least. kids will have a blast, parents will get their peace, and travellers will scratch that itch whilst here! Yana has been amazing, our team stayed for two weeks at her lovely accommodation, she was very easy going and pleasant to deal with, we will be back in the area soon and are hoping we can stay again. The team were very pleased with the accommodation too, the spa bath was a lovely addition after a hard day's work, they also enjoyed watching the stars and listening to the birds - it was a perfect escape from the busy day on the road. We highly recommend Yana's hideaway to anyone!

Catherine's place exceeded all expectations. The space itself was incredibly roomy, making it perfect for relaxing, spending time with others, or just enjoying some quiet downtime. There were plenty of things to do, which kept everyone entertained throughout the stay—whether it was exploring the surroundings or enjoying the pool, reading books and playing the piano. What really stood out, though, was Catherine's hospitality. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, leaving a handwritten note and some thoughtful snacks for us to enjoy upon arrival. It's those personal touches that really make a difference and show how much she cares about her guests’ experience. Everything about the stay was smooth, comfortable, and enjoyable. I honestly can’t think of a single downside. I’d wholeheartedly recommend Catherine’s place to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-hosted getaway.

We had a fantastic stay in Adrienne’s place whilst visiting family living close by. We enjoyed the family orientated spaces and the kids loved the pool and table tennis table. The kitchen allowed us to cook and dine altogether which was a really lovely thing to be able to do with our extended family and we enjoyed movies and boardgames in the evening afterwards. It’s a fab house and well worth the money🙌 Adrienne has all bases covered when it comes to kitchen equipment, utensils, consumables, towels, blankets etc. it really was a home away from home for us our only regret was that we couldn’t have booked it for longer. When we return we will definitely hoping we can book here again 🙏Many thanks to Adrienne again for sharing this special family space with us🙌

Let me just say, if i am ever in Tauranga again (from Florida), I know a fantastic B&B. Laura is a warm and welcoming host and her accommodation is clean, stylish, and comfortable. She is a detail person and it shows. We loved the neighborhood. Mount Maunganui was an easy drive and a great hike. The hot water pool at the base was relaxing. Laura cooked for us one night after a full day of activity. Delicious. Our stay at Laura's was a highlight of our NZ holiday.

Danielle’s home was immaculate, peaceful and way bigger than the photos make the house look! There was plenty of space to lounge around and the swimming pool and well kept grounds were an added bonus.

Highly recommend this airbnb. The location was perfect being close to the beach the Mt and restaurants. Being dog friendly was great as well. We would stay again!

What amazing hosts and a fantastic place to stay. One of my favourite places to stay within Airbnb. Pristine, spacious, light and bright. Such a cleverly designed space with everything you could have wanted, and a good continental breakfast with nespresso thrown in. Lovely little room with a great view. We went knowing it was a room on one end of someones home so no surprises (I think this may have threw some reviewers). Waking up with a coffee and the view over the lake made it so we had trouble finding the will to leave in the morning. The host was responsive and gave us our privacy also.

Absolutely loved this space. Everything was so clean and organised. Will definitely recommend to others.

Such a beautiful peaceful place surrounded by nature, Lauren was responsive when needing to contact her, the spa was beautiful especially under the stars. it was exactly what me and partner needed, perfect for a romantic getaway and to unwind. Hilary and Rob are fantastic hosts. Hilary is super friendly and accommodating. I simply inquired if there is a microwave at the place to heat up takeaway food (no big deal if there isn’t one), she went out of her way -and bought a brand new one before we checked in. We were amazed by her kindness and effort, we really appreciated it. The place is very peaceful with stunning view, highly recommended! We loved our stay at Shaw Cottage. The check-in was very easy and everything was open for us when we arrived. The cottage was just like the pictures, super clean and had all the amenities we needed. The hosts even provided the ability to wash our clothes. Highlights: Communication: Marie responded immediately and kindly to anything we needed Location: The cottage is a bit out of the way, but that is what we were looking for. Very quiet and private - beautiful county scenery. We were looking for something situated between the coast (Te Puke) and Rotorua and this fit the bill perfectly. Comfortability: The cottage was cozy and all the windows made for a bright and warm atmosphere. Bed, couches, chairs were very comfortable. Cleanliness: Everything was clean, neat, and well kept up. We would definitely stay here again!
