very nice and moden space! also really well equiped. there are lots of stores near by ( my favorite part). security level is top you almost feel like a hotel. host is also really responsive, professional and nice.

We had a great stay at Dan's apartment! Everything was spotlessly clean, top amenities, comfortable bed, very quiet despite busy street, located directly on the metro. All around really great! You can also get to the center of Paris very quickly on foot. Everything you need supermarket, bakery, etc. in the immediate vicinity. Also well suited for home office, super internet. Dan was always available and always super friendly with helpful tips. Everything was super uncomplicated - happy to come back!! 😊

Clean, modern and well decorated accommodation. Good value for money. A little small for a family of four, but perfect for a short trip. Nearby metro and several services nearby (supermarket, bakery, cafe and restaurants). Friday night was noisy, there was a show nearby that ended late.

My stay in the apartment was so pleasant that I decided to extend my reservation by 10 days.
