Madeleine is great host and very responsive , it is a beautiful home in a good locality , metro station and bus station are at a walkable distance . We had a wonderful experience.

We immediately felt at home at Lucile's place. It was a clean, lovely flat and offered a relaxed atmosphere. The central courtyard feels very Parisian! We loved exploring the local area (with some great recommendations from Lucile) and it also offered a great base for exploring more of Paris!

Very cozy apartment. Nicely decorated with art and practically furnished. We have experienced our stay pleasantly and comfortably. The location was close to several metro stations. There was also plenty to do in the neighborhood. We were happy with the list of recommendations; the bakery and the fish restaurant were both delicious! I would definitely recommend this apartment at this location!

Great apartment - so comfortable, modern and lovely. We had a great time and always looked forward to getting back indoors after sight-seeing. Adrien is a great host - attentive, responsive, friendly and flexible. The bakery close to the apartment is brilliant - great value, selection and also halal. The area itself is modest and not as developed but the proximity to line 12 meant we were never too far from the main attractions in Paris. Would recommend.

We stayed in Lena's apartment for a long weekend and were very satisfied. The location and the house itself were not very inviting at first glance, but we had no problems with it and you were very quickly from the metro station in the apartment and also from Pantin quickly in the city center. The apartment was clean, nicely furnished and you had everything you needed. Léna was also always quick to reach. Merci!

Our experience was all in all positive, I give 5 stars because the accommodation was very clean and the mattresses very comfortable (not taken for granted). The apartment is small but with everything you need for a short stay. Nicolas was available from day one for any eventuality. The location is great during the day with the subway and at night there are night buses that leave you 5 minutes away. If I have to find 2 defects, they are: - uncomfortable bed pillows, maybe it was just our perception, but it's a shame with such comfortable mattresses not to have pillows at the same level that lead you to have a stiff neck. - being on the second and last floor, on hot days like the ones we experienced, it gets very hot in the house, even in the evening. There is no air conditioning but there are 2 small desk fans, real fans would be needed. We sweated a lot and kept waking up. That said, I recommend the apartment. Excellent value for money!

We absolutely loved the apartment. It was spacious and had all the amenities we needed. Access to the in-unit washer and dryer was very convenient. The apartment was clean, check-in was easy and seamless, and the bedding was also luxurious, clean, and so comfortable. The neighbourhood is an absolute gem. There were many great eateries nearby, and the proximity to the metro station and bus stops was a lifesaver. Thank you to Michael and David, we had a blast in Paris and we would love to stay at their beautiful accommodation again!

Maria and Thibaud’s home is an excellent choice for a few days in Paris. It's conveniently located, the apartment is beautiful, clean, and fully equipped. The apartment is the perfect place if you're on a trip in Paris. It's located in a quite neighborhood and you feel directly at home. Like others already stated, also we found some baguette and croissants from the really good bakery just across the street as a welcome gift, which is absolutely nice and tasted so good! In just a few minutes walking you find everything you need - a supermarket, bakeries, little restaurants and bistrots and also a bus and métro station that get you around really easily. It was a wonderful stay, highly recommended! :)

Tiny space. About 10-15 minutes from the Hoche metro station. Very nice reception with a personal message in the form of a letter. I found it particularly nice and thoughtful that the refrigerator was filled with food for breakfast, which you were allowed to help yourself to. I'd love to come back.

Great loft in an interesting area. Fairly quiet, clean, and with beautiful daylight.

We really enjoyed our stay! It was a little further out from the centre of Paris but easily reachable with public transport. There were some lovely local shops and restaurants nearby as well so we didn’t always have to go out of our way to find something. The apartment was just right for two people for a few days :)

Booked for the amazing view, well-known neighbourhood with good Metro access, supermarkets nearby, lift, kitchen, good price. Some issues especially due to the exceptionally hot weather, but Martine was very helpful.

It was a pleasant stay in a spacious 2Bedroom duplex apartment with good commutation via metro and minutes away from Tourist attractions

Sophie is very attentive, in addition to communicating quickly, she helps with everything that is needed with generosity! Montrouge is a nice place, it's easy to get to the center of Paris! The apartment is about 10 minutes from the subway station and 3 minutes from the bus stop. There is a lot of commerce and you feel safe when walking home. Sophie's space is great! It is spacious by Paris standards, both the living room/kitchen space and the bedroom are very comfortable, you sleep well even on the sofa bed. The icing on the cake was the Jacuzzi, which offers a very pleasant comfort, the facilities are new and very clean. The towels and sheets are also new! Everything is impeccable! The kitchen is well equipped. The balcony was under construction, it will certainly be very beautiful soon! We'll definitely come back to enjoy it! Thank you.

The location was amazing for visiting various places in Paris. Further, the rooms were prepared really well, and it easily fits 4 people. It is written in the review, but the second bed is a sofa bed that ends up taking large space in living room but not too cumbersome

Great location and walkable to many prime attractions and restaurants. Billie promptly replied to questions. You may want to bring an electrical converter if you’re from the U.S. it was delightful!

One of the best Airbnbs i’ve stayed at. Host is very responsive and kind. The place is very nicely decorated and has all the amenities as shown in the pictures and a lovely terrace for morning coffee or late night chats. One thing to note is that you have to take one flight of stairs so keep that in mind if you have a lot of luggage. Otherwise would definitely recommend for couples or friends. 2 min walk away from RER C which is great.

- very clean and it is not too crowded for 4 people - all you need is in the apartment and more - close to metro station - great location, the neighborhood has everything you need and I feel safe - the most important thing is the host's Martin is a very helpful person, super nice. So, I personally think it's worth staying here even though it's on the 3rd floor and there's no elevator.

We had a wonderful stay at Ramo’s suite. It was exactly as the pictures showed it. The location is absolutely ideal right on the Seine River which offers stunning views and peaceful atmosphere. The place is quiet, private and feels like a true escape from the hustle of the city. Practicality was top notch: there’s a-lot of local grocery stores just a short walk away and it was very easy for G7 drivers to find the address and pick us up. Everything about this place made for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Highly recommend.
