Very nice and clean! Loved the beach access and the pool!

Stayed here in early April. We loved that from the main floor we were able to see the ocean through the floor to ceiling windows and watch the dolphins. Loved the open floor plan on the main floor. You could see the view from everywhere. The kitchen was well supplied with everything you could need to make light lunches or full meals. The beds were very comfortable with quality matresses. Bedrooms had plenty of dresser space. The older kids enjoyed having a large space of their own on the lower floor to hang out, play games and watch movies together while the adults were on the main floor. Even though it was early for the season there was alot to see and do in the area and the pool was already open. We loved that we were able to walk off the back deck straight to the beach along a boardwalk. It made it so easy and convenient to go back and forth when you needed a break or just wanted to go out for a short time. This will be our first choice to stay again on our next visit.

Great stay for my family and two dogs. Ashley was quick and easy to text with. Ideal location. Easily walk to beach. Would stay again and hope to do so.

Place was comfortable and host was extremely responsive. Plenty of space for my husband, myself, and our two kids. We didn't find ourselves in need of anything. Neighborhood was quiet and we enjoyed the pool and nearby beach. Laundry room was a big plus. Definitely recommend a stay here! Thanks Michelle!!

A place at the beach is a wonderful place to stay. There is great activities for families of all ages. The back room has beds for the kiddos and even a pull out couch if you want to split up the kids. The resort has incredible amenities highlighted by the outdoor pool slide. What makes this unit special over other options is the view of the pool and slide, as well as the ease and proximity to getting to the beach itself. The property has several DoorDash options as well as food trucks onsite (check with front desk on food truck schedule) which make for ease for families who want to skip cooking one night. My family of four (ages 4, and 1) had a fabulous time! This unit accommodated us very comfortably and the resort is top notch and very well maintained. I would highly recommend Paul and Deb’s Unit!

A minute walk to the beach. Spacious colorful and clean place. Highly recommend for 7 people. The pool and hot tub for the community were never crowded and so clean. The community club room and surrounding space was awesome. Loved this place!

Terri and David's marina townhome is fantastic. Very spacious, comfortable and clean. The location by the marina and views from the decks are beautiful. We especially enjoyed exploring New Bern and the neighboring areas. Hope to return.

Jacqueline's house is wonderful. The space is as described (clean, bright, and beautiful), and the short walk through the dunes to the sound behind the property was stunning. The house also had a drip coffee maker which was a huge plus for us as many Airbnbs advertise a coffee maker but it's a Keurig. Jacqueline was also extremely responsive to my inquiries and questions throughout the trip, including when we lost internet during Helene. There wasn't much within walking distance as the house is nestled back in a lot of private land, but all that we wanted to do was a short drive away. I highly recommend staying here for a pleasant weekend in the Outer Banks.

We were so pleased with this place! The best beach place we’ve ever rented and we’ve stayed in a lot. Spotlessly clean, well stocked, and very comfortable. The beds, linens, and towels were all very good quality. Quick and easy access to the beach. This is a perfect example of what a beach rental should be. We absolutely plan to return!

Location was convenient to all of the places that we planned to visit. The Condominium was very clean and well kept. The furnishings and decor were suitable and comfortable. We would definitely consider staying there again.

Shirley’s place was extremely clean, well supplied and comfortable. We slept great on the king sized bed. The decorating was tasteful and nicely coordinated. While we didn’t use the backyard, the property was nicely landscaped (front and back). Grocery stores, Walmart and restaurants were all close by. We stayed 4 nights and would definitely stay again if in the area in the future. Thank you, Shirley!

We had a wonderful stay at this 2-bedroom condo in Duck, NC! The space was perfect for a quick weekend getaway—clean, comfortable, and beautifully set up with everything we needed. The view of the sound was absolutely gorgeous, and the beach was within easy walking distance. The host was amazing—responsive, flexible, and truly welcoming, which made the experience even better. While the condo doesn’t come with a parking pass for beach access points, most places in Duck were close enough that it didn’t impact our stay. Overall, a great spot for a relaxing trip—we’d definitely come back and highly recommend it to others!

This was my second time booking a unit with the host and both stays were great! They are very attentive and helpful no matter the time or day. I would recommend anyone to book a stay! Rose & Gary’s place was well worth the price. I felt at home. She provided so much more than expected too. If I’m back to the area I will definitely stay at this location. The beds were comfy too. Everything was perfect.

We had a great stay! The place was exactly as described, perfect location, clean, and private. You definitely need to bring or buy extra toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, hand towels, etc. Would stay here again!

We stayed at Priscilla’s place to celebrate our senior graduating with a girls trip to Emerald Isle over the weekend. We had the best time. The space was so clean and felt just like home. We all slept like babies. The beds were all so comfy. We enjoyed not having to drive forever to get to the beach. I was so very thankful for the Tupperware that was in the cabinets. It made taking our snacks to the beach so much easier. The neighborhood was so quiet and conveniently located to just about anything we needed to get to. We just had everything we needed! It was a wonderful time!

This was our second time staying at Nathan and Wendy’s Airbnb, and we had another great trip! The location is convenient to the beach and the house is comfortable and clean. Nathan and Wendy are proactive in their communication and very responsive. My friends and I had a great time here!

We just had a great stay! Kitty-hawk is the perfect OBX location everything we wanted to do was about 30 minutes south or North making ima central location! Tons of good food and shops around. The townhouse was perfect and had everything we needed. The shower in the basement for after the beach was a huge bonus with kids and the washer and dryer were a life saver! Caroline was very responsive to all of my messages. We had a little issue connecting to the WiFi (I had the password to wrong) she responded so quick to clear it up! 10/10 recommend. The pool/hot tub and Rec room were a huge added bonus for the kids!!
