Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Pamlico Sound

The space was lovely and very clean. The view out the window over the sound was excellent, and we could go downstairs for great sunsets on the dock. We enjoyed walking distance to everything - beach, shops, restaurants. Erin was very responsive and flexible to our needs.

This was such a cozy little place and I enjoyed all the decor. Perfect for my quick weekend trip. On the second night, Lesley was outside with her husband and some friends making a fire and roasting marshmallows and invited me over to join them! She was warm and friendly and showed me the other things they were working on at the property. I had just spent the whole day outside, so I was too tired to join in the fun, but would’ve if I had more energy! Great place and would definitely recommend.

The cabin was clean and well managed. There was enough beds to sleep 6 and if we consider the sofa bed it can be 8. The location is good and very near to shops and restaurants. The only limitation would be the low and slanted ceiling in the living room and foyer. The host was very responsive and helpful.

It was a nice and comfy apartment. It has a comfortable view location and place.Also the apartment is very clean,and easy communication with the host.

We had a lovely 4 night stay! All of the bedrooms plus the family/living area had fantastic views of the Sound. This apartment was accessible to places to eat, shopping, Kayak launch, etc. We viewed Nutria, ducks, geese, Osprey and songbirds just outside the balcony window or from a short walk on the boardwalk. One of the afternoons, we cooked a full dinner of fresh-caught fish from the fish market, rice, sautéed spinach, coleslaw in the kitchen, using the 2-burner hotplate and the variety of cooking accessories provided. Erin was very responsive to message inquiries and Matt was quick to remedy a minor maintenance request on a rainy afternoon. If you like eco-tours- we were pretty close to the launch (10 mins) for the Pine Island Audubon Sanctuary Kayak Tour by Coastal Kayak Touring. The beach access passes that were provided were a very nice convenience so that we didn’t have to travel to the public beach access point.

We enjoyed our stay, very clean and fast communication with the host about any questions. Had laundry in the building which was a big perk.

This is our 2nd time staying here in this particular condo. We love Sands Villas and Jeanne’s places is always so wonderful. We had a great time!

Marius was very responsive and helpful. While I *thought* I would have preferred something closer to the beach, turns out that the various beach accesses between Salvo and Avon are head and shoulders above the more populated areas. Great mini vacation.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay! The view was beautiful and loved that the beach was walkable distance. Would definitely love to come back!

This was such a cute house. Everything was so clean and just an amazing space. The host was also extremely helpful and responsive to anything I needed help on.

Great place to stay. Close to the beach and restaurants. We had a couple of rainy days but the games in the house kept us busy. We look forward to returning in the future.

House was exactly as described and very clean! Short walk to beach with public access, great spot for sunrise!! Brad was very easy to communicate with even recommended lots of places close by for us to try. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location for us . Boat ramp was super close and a mile from my best friend’s house. Everything was exactly how it was described and beautiful dock and porch for watching sunrise or just relax .

Great location to local restaurants and only a block away from the beach. Was great that I could bring my dog along, and he loved the porch that overlooked the street as well. The whole condo had a very cool vibe and was clean and inviting. Would stay again.

We just completed our third stay with Marilyn. Our family absolutely loves this spot. It's so nice that our family of 6 can fit fairly comfortably and it's especially great that there are two full bathrooms. We also love how well kept the property grounds are, as well as how easy it is to get to the beach. We just got home a little while ago and my 4 teens are already talking about planning our next trip! Thank you Marilyn!

Fantastic spot right by the beach with access to two pools. Loved that there were games, towels, kitchenware and toys for kids.

What a beautiful condo!!! It’s so wonderful when you stay somewhere that is exactly as pictured and clean. To top it off, Keri, was intentional in welcoming us, with a handwritten note, and little snacks. She also checked in with us during our stay. Great host. Beautiful view.

This condo was absolutely perfect! Beautifully renovated, spotless, and full of thoughtful touches. The ocean views from the living room and master bedroom were stunning, and the location—just steps from the beach and a short walk to Duck’s shops and restaurants—couldn’t be better. The kitchen was fully stocked and a joy to cook in, and the beds (with Kingsdown mattresses!) were incredibly comfortable. We loved the added amenities like sound machines, board games, a washer/dryer, and access to pools and a hot tub. Check-in was easy with keyless entry, and the host was responsive and welcoming. Every detail was considered to make our stay feel like home. Highly recommend for families, couples, or anyone looking for a relaxing Outer Banks getaway. We’ll definitely be back!

Suze and John are such a pleasant couple and went above and beyond to meet our needs! They both are kind and helpful. They were prompt in their responses and in servicing an appliance need. The space felt like home and is definitely blessed! The view of the ocean and being able to walk right out to the water was wonderful!!! Very clean and organized. Clam Chowder is a comfy little slice of heaven! We will return!! Thank you and Bless you friends!

We had a wonderful time at this Condo! It had a great view of the beach from the balcony and the master bedroom as well. It was so spacious and we never felt cramped at all! Loved that one of the rooms had everything necessary for our 3 year old, also tons of books and games as well! Everything we needed to go out on the beach and more was in the storage closet outside. We had such a wonderful time, would highly recommend staying here!

Teresa's place was perfect for our needs! Super clean and true to the listing. We had everything we could possibly need and more! Close to great restaurants and such a quiet and beautiful beach. It rained for a part of our visit but it didn't bother us at all with such a comfortable condo and balcony with ocean view. My sisters and I enjoy visiting this area each year and all agreed that we would like to make Teresa's place our regular vacation spot!

Love, love, love! Everything as described, extremely clean and super easy access to the beach. Extra amenities all very thoughtful and so appreciated! All ramps to access beach which was perfect for my jogging stroller with my littlest! Highly recommend!!
