Holiday rentals with a kayak in Pagosa Springs

Everything was amazing - the lake, the house, the hosts. The house was immaculate, kitchen and the rest of the house well stocked. I felt like home and I never had this feeling before this trip! We will be back!

My family of 6 had an amazing time at this property. The pictures and descriptions of the house were exactly how the house looked. The view of the lake from the big living room window was stunning. We had so much fun and expect to be back to this place soon. Recommend highly!

This house and location are even better than the pictures. The location is serene and centrally located lakefront. The upper balcony gives views of the entire lake and at night the stars are spectacular. There is a patio below that is covered and provides shade and lake level views. The kitchen has every appliance you could need. The beds and rooms are all comfortable and beautifully decorated. We felt immediately at home in the space and an added bonus of the garage to park our truck was a plus.

Beautiful home right on the lake. Comfortable beds everything you need for cooking, easy access to downtown, the kayaks were so much fun. My family truly enjoyed this vacation.

The house & property were just as described. And the host was helpful and easy to contact. The house was well-stocked with necessities. We had a great time!

Second visit. Beautiful location and view. Peaceful country, mountain setting. The house is really nice as pictured. Best shower we have ever experienced. We are very grateful to Jerry and Suzanne for making this place available. I had an opportunity to talk to Jerry this visit. He is very responsive, available, understanding and helpful. He truly wants you to enjoy your stay. He added a couple of portable air conditioners since our last stay. I look forward to using them if I come back during a hot weather spell. We didn't need them this time, the weather was perfect!

We are very appreciative of our host kindness. Mike helped find us some ingredients on Christmas Day. The cabin was perfect and cozy for our holiday. Our kids said it was five stars! We are definitely happy with our choice in the cabin and would recommend it. Pets are allowed which was great for us and our fur kid.

The porch the view, and the lake were perfect & peaceful. The inside was really comfortable for 2 couples, with cozy couches and cute decor. The vintage Smokey the Bear S&P shakers made me smile as soon as I walked inside. Everything was nice & clean. The surrounding landscape is beautiful, and I loved everything about my stay. The host & hostess were so friendly too. I hope to come back again bc this was one of ky favorite vacations.

Beautiful place which we enjoyed A LOT. The host provides with SUPs and Kayaks.. I did not know about the SUP so I had brought my own. We only used the coffee maker, fridge and microwave... but it seemed that the kitchen was well stocked if cooking had been on our agenda.

We love staying here! we have been several times in the summer but this was our first winter trip. absolutely beautiful! They let us use some of their ice skates so my daughter and I could skate on the lake and let my husband borrow some bait for his ice fishing. Very generous and friendly! we will definitely be back again and again!

My girlfriend and I really enjoyed Hummingbird at Elk Point Lodge. Nolan and Olive were easy to work with and communicated everything clearly. They were responsive to all needs. The cabin was very clean, as well as the hot tub. It’s a really beautiful and peaceful location with great amenities. Will do again soon!

We stayed here for Christmas. Well maintained clean cabin right by the lake with amazing views and plenty of places to walk and enjoy the scenery. Management was great. Making sure drive way and drive to the cabin was cleared and safe with all the snow and ice. Would recommend 4x4 though if you come in the winter time. They were great about getting us fire wood for the wood stove and even checked on our dogs for us while we were in Durango. I’ll be back next year to do some fishing and do it all over again!
