Ranch-style 460 sq ft studio with full bathroom & attached kitchen area. This studio has epic views of the creek & mountains and is located 200 ft from the main house. We have been told it is of the most beautiful locations in Colorado! 15 minutes to downtown Durango, 20 minutes to Purgatory Ski Resort, and 5 minutes to the Hot Springs & a shopping plaza, and 40 minutes to the airport. There is a cafe/gas station/liquor store across the road. We also have another airbnb here with a spa deck!

Romantic Lake View Apartment with Hot Tub

This cute and cozy apartment boasts stunning lake and mountain views. Great for a quiet getaway of hiking, skiing, snowshoeing, kayaking, boating or fishing. The bedroom is furnished with a comfy king size bed. The living room has a couch and twin pullout with a contemporary electric see-though fireplace. The deck is a great to enjoy your complimentary continental breakfast or hot tub. The fully equipped kitchen also has views of the lake. During winter months, an AWD or 4WD is recommended.

Little Sis'....a sweet retreat (town minutes away)

This pristine little Scandinavian D-log cabin sits on over 2 quiet wooded acres a brief 5-minute drive from uptown Pagosa (our more commercial area with nicer grocery store, dining, brewery, Walmart, etc) and about 10 minutes to the springs (downtown). Your experience is enhanced with a gas grill, outdoor seating/dining table, fully outfitted kitchen, and even a clearing for campfire and stargazing. Deer and wild turkeys are frequent visitors. This log cabin style house has great views with deck, hot tub, fenced in back yard, backyard chickens, and is walking distance to Lake Simpatico and two playgrounds for children. The location is great for those wanting to enjoy Durango (20 mi) and Pagosa (50 mi) . If you are into fishing, hiking, hunting, paddle boarding, etc. this spot is perfect (there are many lakes nearby). The house is also right between Purgatory Resort (one hour north) and Wolf Creek Ski Area (one hour south).

Stay for work or relaxation in this unique and charming studio filled with custom furniture and cozy amenities. Property backs up to the Florida River and has a view of the local historic Rio Grande Railroad bridge used in the movie Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid. The studio has Starlink internet, the coziest bed ever, cute kitchenette and heated floor bathroom. Plus a wood pellet fireplace! Just 18 min drive to downtown Durango and 8 minutes to the closest coffee shop!

Guest suite close to Airport and National Forest

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Located in the little town of Bayfield, CO and close to all the activities that Southwest Colorado has to offer. This guest studio is surrounded by tall Ponderosa Pines. The deer love to hang out in the shade of the oak brush during the day. There is a front/back porch to enjoy Colorado sun with your own private hot tub (included in the price). Sorry, no pets!

Mountain Escape

Great forest escape in the mountains. Our house offers space to come together as a family, slow down and enjoy nature. The fresh, cool mountain air is refreshing and inviting. Like most mountain homes, our house does not have AC as the breeze keeps the house cooler. During those unseasonably warm times, the box fans in the windows keep the air flowing and trips to the lake or river are just perfect!
