Holiday rentals with a kayak in Colorado

Great location, clean. Kids enjoyed hot tub. Good food choices around. Lollys ice cream, Papa Bear Pizza (order the desert apple pizza early).

Dan was an amazing host. The property was immaculate and had everything you you need to have a fantastic stay. He had the hot tub prepped for us when we got there and even completely changed out the water mid week for us. The little things is what set this apart. The towels were softer than hotels, there were detergent pods and dryer sheets, the ac was wonderfully cold as well he even made us green chile tacos one night that were absolutely delicious. I would not hesitate for a second to stay here again and I will be letting my friends know that if you’re looking for a beautiful spot to chill with majestic views of the mountains and to be taken care of then look no further. Dan was very responsive and the best host of any Airbnb we have ever stayed at.

Don’t wait on it… book this home! It will exceed every expectation you have. My family and I have stayed in many Airbnbs all over the world and this was by far our favorite spot. Hannah is the most thoughtful, warm, welcoming host. Her communication was incredible, along with her ability to make your stay the most memorable one possible. She thought of every detail to include in the house to create an inviting, cozy feeling. Perched up on the mountain at the end of the street and surrounded by trees in every direction, you won’t want to leave this paradise. The large decks are so comfortable to hang out with family and friends. The beds are super comfortable, and the playroom was a huge hit with my kids. The home is spotless and clean, while the kitchen is stocked with everything you need and didn’t even know you wanted (like jars of hot chocolate, marshmallows, flavors for your coffee, baking ingredients and so more). We loved it so much we are already planning our next stay here!

Beautiful views! Great place! It was really windy so not much fishing so the beautiful pool table got a lot of attention! It was a 4 men and 3 boys get a way come true! The fireplace didn't work but we had a great time on the patio with the fire pit and grill just telling stories and making new memories! Careful the water is HoT! Would definitely do it again!

Celebrated a friends 28th birthday party at the cabin, was the perfect spot for a getaway !

This was a perfect spot for me and my family. We were visited my foxes and moose during our stay. The hot tub was great, and the space was perfect. Many thanks for being dog and kid friendly! Close to Breck and Fairplay - such a wonderful little retreat!

Absolutely stunning stay and hoping to make the trip out again. House was in great shape and we made good use of the fireplace and hot tub. lots of accessible hikes in the area, and can't beat the views from the living room.

Great cottage in Grand Junction as described and with everything you need. The yard was bigger than we expected, and our dogs loved it. We so appreciate being able to bring them with us. The hot tub was a nice perk as well.

What a great “home” to celebrate a USAFA graduation and wedding week! Julie was very attentive and responsive. The adorable home was very well-stocked and is in a great location with easy walks to the walking trail and downtown Monument. Thank you for helping to make our week wonderful!

Perfect place to stay! Very close to everything we wanted to do in downtown Denver, beautiful backyard for coffee every morning, huge washer and dryer, and very clean. Lots of space for family and dogs. Host was proactive and friendly. Very preferable to staying in a suburban or city setting. Excited to stay here again for future Denver trips!

Very clean and well kept place, with off-street parking. Walking distance to Main St., and very helpful hosts!

We visited Colorado to attend the Pikes Peak Prairie to Peak Birding Festival & chose the stay at Andy's for proximity to multiple activities, parks, and local birding spots. We SO hit the jackpot! Not only was the home beautiful, spacious & inviting but Andy thought of every amenity for adults, children, babies, or pets - right down to spices, games, sleds, high chair, pet crate & water bowl. The huge open yet warm & cozt living room with attached playroom and a patio w/hot tub made us not even want to leave "home"! Our trip plan was all about birding, though, so we were thrilled to discover that Andy was not only a kind, responsive, caring host who looked out for us like family, but also a fellow birder! He completely respected our privacy and space, yet was agreeable to meeting in person to share detailed & very helpful birding and sightseeing recommendations that we took & enjoyed every moment of! We would have extended our stay if possible, and just can't wait to return! ☺️

If you want a cozy comfortable cabin to stay in, this is the place. Beds were extremely comfortable. The scenery is GORGEOUS! The closer we got to being there, the more excited we were! Simply beautiful and peaceful. Fantastic star gazing at night. Just wow.

Yvonne’s place was just as described but even better once you arrive! I had the pleasure of meeting the host and some of the local residents who were welcoming, friendly and hospitable. Can’t wait to visit again!

Great option just outside of Steamboat springs. It was exactly as described and very clean! We only had a hard time finding the location because our Google Maps took us to the wrong place. However, we arrived after dark which made it more challenging. Definitely would recommend as an option for staying in the woods for more peaceful location!

I just suffered a death in the family. And this was the perfect retreat to get away, to do some journaling, to smell the beautiful mountain air, to hang out with the bluebirds, and hang out with a deer, to enjoy my coffee on the balcony and just be thankful for all that God has done for us. Kevin is an excellent host and I’m grateful to his attention to detail. Small note that there is a little place called the blue moose Tavern just up the road with incredibly friendly people and the perfect atmosphere for me to get away one night. I stayed at the cabin for five days and wish I could’ve stayed a little bit longer. Thanks.

This cabin offers a high-end, comfortable retreat in a remote mountain setting. Despite its secluded location, it’s well-equipped with modern amenities, including strong internet (likely via Starlink), air conditioning, TVs, and a relaxing hot tub. I was pleasantly surprised by the interior design — stylish and thoughtfully done, it perfectly complements the rustic charm of the cabin. Communication with the owner was consistently fast, clear, and helpful. A truly enjoyable stay all around.
