A beautiful home with accommodations for the whole family! Bill communicated very well the entire time, he made sure we knew were things were and he was available when needed. Its located in a quite little community surrounded by nature. We definitely recommend this place!

Our large family needed time away. Kenneth's and Anita's place was perfect. It was clean and spacious. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and the space to unwind.

Christopher was an unbelievable host. The house itself is beautiful and Chris made me and my family feel like it was our home away from home. Chris was always available if and when we needed anything but was also very respectful of our privacy. 100% anyone looking for a place in Pegosa Springs should book this home! We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb in Pagosa Springs during our family ski trip! The location was perfect—conveniently situated between the fantastic town of Pagosa Springs and Wolf Creek ski area, making it easy to enjoy both the slopes and local spots. The property was exactly as described, with everything we needed for a comfortable week-long stay. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive, which made the whole experience even smoother. Finding the place was a breeze, and we couldn’t have asked for a better base for our trip. Highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting the area!

We loved our stay. It is more like a hotel resort than an Airbnb. There were amenities to take advantage of like the pool and hot tub as well as the fitness center and activities room. The people who work at the resort were very responsive and helpful. The property itself was beautiful, our space was on the lake which made for gorgeous sunsets. We felt it would be a good location to visit all seasons.

Definitely a perfect place if you want to go to the springs or visit the town without paying the crazy resort fees. Comfortable, well decorated, great shower and laundry available. Was exactly like the pictures. Danielles instructions were perfect, they did not come into my email until right before my reservation which was new to me, but worked out totally fine!

Everything about the place was amazing. The furniture and beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. The location was great. We will come again.

Overall we had a great time. The cabin was so charming and inviting. Very well stocked kitchen. Would be perfect for a long stay. We did notice 3 wasps and 2 large ants in the cabin. We realize this out in the mountains. We plan to come back next year and stay here again. We saw a deer that came very near to the cabin and it made the experience magical. We are not into fishing and we don't own a boat, but the Vallecito lake is the main attraction for those who do. We did go to the lake and walk along the shore as there was trails. Highly recommend.

The only thing I would say is the master bathroom shower head needs cleaned so the water would spray better had to use the guest bathroom so water would rinse my hair. But other than that the place and everything was AMAZING!!! Thank you!!!

What a awesome place! Can’t wait to visit again and stay a little longer. Campsites are right near the river and away from society. Super awesome host and I’m so thankful for his generosity in sharing his little piece of heaven with us outsiders.

Rene was truly a delight to work with. Her place is so welcoming, beautiful surroundings, great lake house feel, very comfortable beds, everything we needed and more! We're really looking forward to returning in the future. Thank you, Rene!

Sid's Place is absolutely beautiful. The kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans etc. The layout of the property is very nice. A true log cabin in the woods. Met our family's needs perfectly. Very close to town and the ski area. The only advice I would give is: If visiting in the winter make sure your rental car has snow tires. Ours did not and making it up the mountain was a bit difficult. Well worth it when we did make it up but it took a few tries.

This spot was exactly what we were looking for! Something close to restaurants and bars, private space, and relaxing area. We loved hanging out on the patio when we were at the Airbnb. It was a great fit for me and my partner, plus our pet!

Fred was quick to respond to messages and was able to accommodate our last minute reservation. The apartment was clean and perfect size for our family of 4. We had everything we needed.

Our family had the best experience! We felt right at home and it was very comfortable and convenient! We can’t wait to go back! Thank you Kenneth and Anita for providing such a wonderful place for us to stay in Pagosa Springs!!

Loved everything about this house. The location was perfect , you can’t beat the view. I have 3 small kids , the upstairs was perfect for them. Would highly recommend ! Can’t wait to go back.

Got in late, woke up at 5 AM. Looked out the window and was WOWED! Woke up my wife who likes to sleep late. She was WOWED by the sight off the deck too at the beautiful lake. It got light still WOWED! Wish I had scheduled a longer visit.

Really nice resort. Great for families. Lots of activities. Location is really good and everything is close by. I would definitely come back to this resort in a heartbeat.

Great place to stay in Pagosa.

We throughly enjoyed our week at Fred’s place, Elk Run. We had a bit of a hiccup at check in. The employee checked us into the wrong location, but after a few phone calls with Fred, he fixed the situation. We loved the location of Elk Run. Walking distance to the pool/hot tub. Easy to find, and super quiet (with the exception of the morning flicker on the fireplace pipe). I highly recommend property and would stay here again. Thank you Fred!
