Quiet and peaceful neighbourhood with good access to public transport and amenities. Clare and Terry are friendly and welcoming. The annex is private, clean and comfortable. Perfect for short stay.

Perfect place for our needs for 3 nights away. Fantastic location for both shops/bars/restaurants and Jesmond Dene. We were able to walk into the city, along the quayside, and through Ouseburn via Heaton Park and Jesmond Dene back to the place. It’s a great walk and highly recommend it. Joanne is a great host. Perfect in terms of instructions for access, parking, and recommendations. The place is clean and cosy. What more can you ask for.

Would reccomend Arvin. He is always there to help with any queries. Arvin also has a good local knowledge so can direct you, he is very helpful.
